billing my credit card
I ordered a sample of Green Tea - I have been billed for two full orders of which I did not order nor receive. They just keep billing and billing my card and are always too busy to answer my phone call. Something is seriously wrong here.

Bill I didn't agree to
I place 2 orders for which I was told I would only have to pay shipping-I was then sent a bill $40.00 I didn't agree to when I ordered-again I was told I would oonly pay for shipping. I have left messages & sent semails, as well as attempting to call during office hours without success.

charged for merchandise I did not order
I ordered Acai Pure a free sample on-line and the order page only said that I had to pay the shipping fee. When I received the merchandise I also received two other products that I did not order. I call customer service and the guy at customer service for Central Coast was very rude and told me that I did not read the order. He said that the other two products were automatic selected and after 20 days I would be billed for the free sample if I did not return it. No where on the order form on-line was this stated. He did not even offer for me to return the product. The sales receipt says that there will be a 15% restocking fee. I only ordered because their web page said it was endorced by Oprah.

Did not order
I went on line and ordered a free bottle of POM Clear with a shipping charge of $1.95 to be charged to my credit card. When I received the shipment I had the above item along with hoodibust gum for $9.95 and hoodiawater for $29.95... the total was $41.85. When I called the company to ask why these were in my order the girl flatly told me that I had ordered them. When I went back on line to check my confirmation letter there was never any mention of these two products.
Now she tells me that I have to ship them back and pay the postage and there is a 15% re stocking fee. This company is a rip off and should be shut down. I went on line and found many complaints about them/ When have you not done something about them.

Bad Business Practices
Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. is a big scam. They stole money from my account. $44.90 to be exact

Fraudulent charges on my debit card
A charge was billed to my debit card of $38.95 from a company unknown to myself. No one has access to my actual debit card, and no one has access to my computer. I got the company info online and saw all the other complaints about fraudulent charges. I have tried to contact the 888 tele#, but it only goes to voicemail. No help.
I am filing a complaint against this company for charges unsolicited by myself.
