	November 23, 2008 Charged for product I didn't order I received product I didn't order. I only ordered free trial. I didn't ask for a monthly refills.
	November 22, 2008 canceling order can't reach anyone on the phone, always busy, this is the address that was listed to get help, customer service department at [email protected], this is no help order no. 1606473 very tired of trying to cancel this. please get it canceled, i am mailed the unopened bottle back to you, credit my money back. susan kilgore [email protected]
	November 5, 2008 billed twice for items I did not order I ordered a trial offer for shipping only of $4.95 and was promised that no additional charges or costs would be forthcoming unless I ordered additional supplies. I have received nothing and have been charged twice for product that I have not received. The trial of the product that I did receive did not do anything for me. It's worthless. This company should be brought down.
	October 17, 2008 Charged for items not ordered Ordered free trial of product. Company forwarded free trial PLUS two additional items which I did not request. Company charged my credit card account for items I did not request. Nor did I authorize this company to do so.
