Above company advertised a promotional product guaranteed to work or money refunded for shipping & handling of only $4.95 called Acai Pure Trial, I noticed on my bank stmts that this company charged $44.85 and bank said could do nothing as i approved this company to withdraw funds, i then received several wks later: (1) Acai Pure Trial, of which consisted of NOTHING - no charge, (1) Hoodiburst Gum - $9.95 and (1) Hoodiawater - 1 fl oz - $29.95 plus the $4.95 for total of $44.85! I did call the company and after being on hold for almost 10 minutes was told by Jessie to just follow directions on pkg for return and gave me Return Authorization Number of JJ093008 and said must have a Tracking Number. So i must pay extra for Tracking to return and states in Retun Policy that must return UNOPENED ITEMS ONLY for full rebate minus S&H and will be chgd a 15% restocking fee.
