Unauthorized billing
Beware. Click on Policy link shows a whole laundry list of red flags. Return policy had 15% restocking fees plus handling charges. Free Bottle link has boxes that must be unchecked or else you will receive additional products you did not intend to order. Toll Free line states wait time of 60-96 minutes. Only way RECOURSE I could get charges to stop is to call my bank and have them REVERSE charges on items I did not order and any future orders. Bank will mail you a dispute form to complete so they will have all the information on what these bandits are trying to do to consumers!! Finally got through to get return merchandise code after 65 min wait!!
Had them give me cancellation # & Return authorization. If you get charges reversed by your bank they cannot charge bill you for restocking or other fees.

acai pure SCAM
After watching the Oprah show on this product, I got online and they were offering a free trial where you only pay the shipping cost of 1.95. There was no fine print ( I always read the fine print). So I accepted the offer. Then a few days later I was checking my bank account online and there was a charge from them for 41.85! I got back on the internet for their number and tried to reach them but the wait each time was 45 minutes or more (which is done on purpose so that you'll just give up). Then a week later got a package from them containing two additional items that I didn't order and was charged for (9.95 for Hoodia Gum, and 29.95 for Hoodiawater) I emailed their support center demanding my money back. The only email I received from them was saying that they received my email but are unable to respond at this time. I still haven't herd from them. Then yesterday I noticed another charge from them for 39.95!. I'm not crazy enough to order anything else from them so what is this charge for!! I can;t through on the number because this time it is a "72 minute wait". And I can't be refunded because the letter states that you need a RMA number from their customer care department which I'll never get through to because they don't answer. Has anyone found a way to get through to these guys?? I'm going to write in to the Oprah show so she knows what has resulted from her segment. Maybe if more of you do the same, she could get the ball rolling. I know it's a long shot but something must be done!

Sent & Charged for product not ordered
Sent 2 Products I did not order and charged my credit card a total of $100.70.
Spent 2 days trying to get through and never get off hold.
Need a RA number plus will be charged 15% restocking fee. This is unacceptable since Idid npt order the additional products.
This is stealing in my opinion.
I am contacting my credit card company to complain to tell not to pay.

Unauthorized charges
I order the product Acai-Pure for only $1.99 and was charged $44.95 and when I call to request cancellation the customer service was rude and not very helpful. It took the product a total of 11 days to be shipped to me and I tried it but was not happy about all this. The next thing I look up and I am charged again $39.95. I called again and received a very rude customer service and told that everything is very clearly indicated on their web site. I find that hare to believe and even harder to work with this very rude company and they need to be take off the internet with the false and non-helpful web site. One may feel that they are trying out a product for only shipping and handling when in the end they are paying $84.90. That is a real rip off.

CANCEL
I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY SINCE THE DAY, I CALLED MYSELF REQUESTING A 30 DAY TRAIL FOR $4.95 AND WAS CHARGED $44.85. My confirmation was given per email along with a phone number. I try to get through, but their hold times are any where from 64 to 84 minutes. This is in sane or better yet a scam.

I cancelled any more orders as this product does not work and today I recieved another order which I will now be charged another 44.90! I cannot get through to these people on the phone, and I do not want any more of this product!!! My order number is 1604933

overcharged
I ordered a bottle Acai and was chared 45.90 in Oct 2008 plus 1 dollar & 4.95 shipping . Today Nov.22, 2008 I was re-charged 45.90 the amount. This was done without my consent . I did NOT orer any thing else now would I!!! You took money from my bank account and want you to put it back! Is this how you people do buisness

unordered item
I ordered a free sample of Acai Pure nutritional supplement, and was charged for it. Then 3 weeks later an unordered bottle was rec'd. Attempts to get through to the company have been unsuccessful. There is a 72 minute wait on their phone line.

Unlawful charges
I have been charged on three different occassion of 44.00 and I only authorized them to subtract s/h charges. I have called and cannot get in contact with anyone to cancel this order. I don't know how to stop them. Any suggestions?

fraud
Tried a trial offer...sent back...no refund was given as promised...then they sent me another order without authorization and charged my credit card...can not contact them on phone...put on hold for 77 minutes???????!!! Everyday I called for two weeks...nothing...lost a day of work...used my lunch and break times to sit on hold...nothing...Can not get a RMA # they said is required on returned products...go figure...am sooooo angry and frustrated...am contacting attorney general in Olympia, WA. and Better Bureau ASAP
