Unauthorized Charges/
Central Coast Nutraceuticals it is a shame that you feel the need to deceptively steal honest peoples money. If these are the basis for running your business, with all the complaints on the message board, the only thing I can do for you is feel soory for each and every person connected to this scam. The satisfactions of sin are only temporary and the day you reap the punishment for all the misfortune you have caused us all will hopefully be the day you realize it wasn't worth all the lies. Money comes and it goes but a persons integrity is something you live with forever.
I too was scammed by ordering a $4.95 trial order and getting nothing but a $44.86 charge to my account. YOU WON'T GET NO MORE!!!

Sent Hoodieburst GUM $9.95...H. WATER $ 29.95
Grand total for my Dollar offer $45.85 !
Called, they said : busy... volume of customers it will be 65 minutes some seconds ...than after 30/45 minutes cut off.
Please help me.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
I ORDERED THE ACAI PURE AND COLO PURE AS A FREE TRIAL-JUST TO PAY S & H. THERE WERE BOXES ON THE SIDE OF THE WEB PAGE THAT WERE PRE-CHECKED(SMALL AND UNNOTICEABLE) FOR OTHER PRODUCTS EQUALING $79.80 IN EXTRA CHARGES. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 56 MINUTES. WHEN A REP CAME ON THE PHONE HE WAS MOST UNHELPFUL-COULD NOT CANCEL THE CHARGES BECAUSE ITEMS HAD BEEN SHIPPED. I ASKED IF I COULD SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER(TO WHOM HE TALKED TO WITHOUT PUTTING ME ON HOLD REGARDING "UPSELLING" ME) AND HE REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO HIM. I ASKED HIM IF HE UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS WAS VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES-AND HE JUST RESPONDED WITH "THIS IS LEGAL".
WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU-HE TOLD ME TO TELL THEM "HI"

Unauthorized billing
I saw an email advertisement for pom-clear and answered and ordered the 'free-sample' that has cost me to date $39.95. I spoken to John, Greg, Jezell and James the floor-Supervisor who stated that there were not managers. I asked him for his supervisor, he stated that this was as high as I could get. His supervisor does not take calls. I explained in 3 different languages what had transpired in all of these conversations and what had been told to me by his people, and in essence he said 'Too bad. It's up to the consumer to pay attention when ordering'. I informed him that I had attempted to return this product and was instructed by John and Greg to keep. James said, there was a miscommunication and the best he could/would do was give me a $15 credit. I am SORRY that I ever attempted to try this product.

scam
I ordered a trial supply of Pomclear for $1.95 shipping, and was sent the Pomclear, plus Hoodiburst Gum for $9.95, and Hoodiawater for $29.95, and was billed $41.95. Idd NOT order the last 2 items. When I tried to call the Ph. # 1-888-692-8352, I was told there was a wait time of 82 minutes, so I hung up. This is a SCAM.

Overcharge
On 11/16/08 @ approx 11 am I ordered a free sample of AcaiPure & was supposed to be charged 4.95 for shipping and handling only and then got the Greentea for a $1. Total being 5.95. Two hours later I checked my bank account and found that they had charged me 2 payments, one was for 45.85 & the other was 44.85. I called them @ 6am mtn time and was on hold for 45min before I got to talk to a live person, he was very rude and said that no refund was to be done. I had the order #S and everything and still no relief from this rip off. I'm so angry with this company! I found out after the fact that no one should order from them. Oprah sure made a BIG MISTAKE on this one.

credit card
I order this product. was suppose to pay 4.95 S&H instead they charged me $44.85. They sent me Hoodi Gum & Hoodi water which I did not order. In order to return you need a RMA number from their customer service.Unable to reach them by phone and they do not reply to emails. I had to cancel my cc so they do not bill me for any other products.

Over charge and returns
Ordered free trial + $4.95 S&H, they charged my credit card $39.95 and send another order without asking and charged my credit card another $44.90. Tried to contact them for the past few days but had no success. Also e-mailed them 3 times with no response yet. I think this is a scam to RIPP-OFF people. I notified my credit card company to stop further payments.

Ordered 'trial' offer of AcaiPure item... charged 44 dollars for it and then received another order and credit card charged another 44 dollars! email does not go through, phone call said there was a 45 minute wait to talk to a customer service rep. Went on line and there are many of people scammed. Called my credit card and disputed the charge and they are taking off...
