I participated in a "risk free" trial offer for acai-pure. The package arrived with the acai-pure plus hoodia gum and hoodia water. The two latter items I did not order. I was later charged 44.85 (sept.), 39.95 (oct.), and 44.90 this month. I have not received any product after the first shipment. I had to cancel my card in order to stop the withdrawals from my account. I have tried to call and cannot get through as the wait time is conveniently an hour or more. I did email a request for a refund but have not heard from them as yet. Next step is the AZ attorney general.

Sent product I didn't order using Oprah's reputation. Also tried calling and was told the wait was over an hour. Now trying to get to them via email with little success. Did find many other suckers who succumbed to the ads.

This company is crooked. Stay away from Pomclear!

I ordered a trial bottle of AcaiPure capsules. The charge was to be $4.95 shipping ONLY! I received the AcaiPure capsules PLUS Hoodiawater and Hoodiagum that I NEVER ORDERED! They charged my credit card $44.85 - not the $4.95 I had agreed to!
In trying to call for an RMA number to return the two unauthorized items, I was put on hold for over 42 minutes and had to hang up. The second day, the wait times started at 41 minutes and later went to 52 minutes. The first day, I e-mailed them at the alternative contact to get my RMA number. I received no response. I e-mailed them again the second day and still have received no response.
