I gave the online advertizement my ATM card number to charge 'shipping charges' for an initial supply (sample) of the product. I DID NOT sign up for ADDITIONAL shippments now I am being charged $44.90 EVERY MONTH for monthly shippments I did NOT request. This is a SCAM in my opinion. They offer you one thing and then put you on an auto order of their product. I will NEVER respond to another of these 'tricks' AGAIN but my problem is GETTING THEM TO STOP. I personnally have not had any successful results from this product and want the shippments to STOP.

I sent away for the free trial and was charged $2.95 on Sept. 25, then I was charged $38.95 on October 15, for something that I never received. I then e-mailed and tried to cancel the order and asked for a refund at that time. Never received it. Now I get a new charge on October 31 and a bottle of Green Tea Extreme in the mail. I am not happy and I will go to my bank and dispute this, as well as, go to Better Business Bureau if I do not receive my refunds and you need to forget all of my information and take me out of your system.

They included items I did not order & charged my credit card. Their email address is not good & their phone# has a 45 minute wait.

I ordered Green Tea Extreme $1.00 Offer plus $4.95 shipping, Oct 14, 2008. When order arrived it also contained Hodiburst Gum $9.95 and Hoodiawater $29.95. I immediately tried to call them to say I didn't order the extra items and wated to cancel and return the items. I ended up getting a recording saying I cold cancel my order and receive no more shipments. I left all the information on the answering devise.

Then on Nov.4 th, 2008 I noticed on my checking account I had been charged $38.95 by this company. I tried to call them and was on hold for 30 min. the first time and 45 minutes the next time. I have tried repeatedly but the hold times were terrible and I finally gave up.

Their invoice also staes you can not refuse shipments and and you can not return anything without anRMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) What can I do to get my money back. I have had to cancel my debit card, because I am afraid they will charge it again!

October 5, 2008 I ordered a free trial of Acaipure for 1.95 shipping(advertised), but was charged 41.85 for the entire order. I called the company several times but was unable to get through. When the product was delivered, I returned it without even opening it with a proof of return. At this point, I emailed the company and told them I had returned the product and to please credit my credit for the charges. Now, Nov. 1, 2008 my credit has been charged another 39.95. I'm not sure what is happening. This company is very deceptive. At this point I need a credit of 81.80.
