I ordered a free bottle of Acai Pure and was to be charged $1.95.
When I received the merchandise the invoice indicated that I was charged: $9.95 for Hoodiaburst gum (not ordered)
29.95 for Hoodiawater (not ordered)
1.95 shipping & handling (did confirm)
I want credit for the additional $39.95.

Ordered free trial for shipping cost of 4.95. They sent me l hoodiburst gum and o hoodiawater for a total of 44.85. Called to return no human available and web page is not good. This is definitely a scam.

Things I did not order
Another package was sent in the mail of the Acai Pure that I did not order and I am tired of getting these packages and being charged for them. When I last spoke to someone I told them that I was done with ordering anything from the company. I don't like the fact that they are trying to make me buy something that I don't want to buy. So now I have to return another package again. So hear this loud and clear 'DO NOT SENT ME ANY MORE PACKAGES, I AM DONE!!!

Overcharged
Company is not one I would recommend doing business with. They are hard to reach, they have misleading advertisements, and charge a high restocking fee on products returned that were not ordered. I would not recommend this company to anyone and think they should be prohibited from doing business the way they do.

Acai Pure
I oredrred a free trail of Acai Pure and authorized a charge of $ 4.95. When I got my statement of credit card, I had been charges $ 39.95. Then this week I got another bottle of Acai Pure that I do not want and am charged $ 44.95 . When I tried to contact company --only get anwering machine. Please help to put a stop to this. Cannot return product without number from them. Please advise as what to do.

mercandise sent was not ordered
I ordered a sample of a product and was unhappy, but did not return the sample. One moth later I received another order for even more money. I never signed up for any kind of program and I did not request any other samples or products. I have called the 1-888 number for several days and they never answer on their end, and you can not get to any extension where anyone answers. Their web site is none existant as far as I have found. But they did have my Amex card number and I have tried to stop the charges from that side of the problem. There are many complaints about this company on the internet. I'm sorry I didn't check first.

got charged for items not ordered
I ordered a free bottle of AcaiPure to try for $1 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. I then received a second unordered botttle and they want to charge me $44.90 for this. I am not paying for it and have told my credit card company not to pay the charge.

Ripped off
They offered a free trial, I tried the product ~ it did not do what the advertisement said. I did not lose weight. After 1 week I tried calling them to get a RMA number if necessary. I tried for several days and no one ever picked up their phone. so I emailed them that I was sending the product back and I mailed it back. One week later the stole 39.99 out of my visa account. I have tried unsuccessfully to call them, I have emailed them. I get no response.

you have charged my credit card twice
I asked for a sample. Next thing I k8new I was charged for a product I did not receive. I contacted the Credit Card Co. telling them to refuse to pay.
Now I have the product with a bill I don;t want the the product and am returning it. Please no more!
