I purchased online, ship the items back (which return shipment was twice as much as it was coming to me), Never received my refund, They since then have charged me again!!, Can not get through to talk to a live person, They will most likely be trying to charge me again! I had to block my card and file a complaint with my bank on their Fraudulant charges. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH THEM! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR ACTIONS.

Ordered the "free" trial of colotox and found my credit card was charged for $45.00. Went on to online chat and found it was not a real person but a virtual agent who kept asking me to place an order. Sent 6 emails to which no one responded. Waited the 72 minutes hold time allowed only to be hung up on!! Now I need a return authorization number and am unable to get in touch with them. And has anyone seen that there is also a "membership" with this product--I believe I may have been charged an additional 10.00 this month again!!

I hope you read this review before you order! This is a pure scam. I was over charged and sent items that were not ordered. I am afraid to use the products I did order because a company that uses these tactics probably isn't selling what they are advertising. I contacted my amex and put a block on any charges over the initial agreement. They were quite nice about it. The Colotox folks offered me a credit $15 to keep the unordered products and offered up a non-working website to try and prove I had ordered. I have kept all correspondence emails, etc. as they may be required at a later date. I hope I can stop one person from making the same mistake.

This company is impossible to deal with. Ordered colotox product three weeks age with shipment promised in 2-3 business days. Product not shipped, but credit card charged. When company is called, the wait for response is anywhere from 50 to 70 minutes. E-mails inquiring about shipment are ignored.

I ordered 2 products which were advertised as free offers, charging shipping only. Next day, the company had charged my bank acct. $40 for each product + shipping, a total of $80 more than what was promised. It has been 2 wks and I have not received the product and when I tried to call and protest the $80 charge I got a recording saying my wait would be 84 minutes. Today I set aside time to outwait them, called and waited 80 minutes, was answered by a young "lady" who was clearly bored and spoke to me as if she was thought I was a mental incompetent. She was clearly doing something else as her answers were long in coming and sounded distracted, disgusted and impatient. (perhaps she was playing nintendo?)She said that the $80 charge was for 2 items they included that I did not order and that if I return those I will receive a refund if I make sure to get delivery confirmation when I ship them back. We'll see. She claimed I hadn't received the items because they were on back order but had been shipped the Fri before I finally got through on Tues. Convenient. So I couldn't just cancel the order. Reputable companies do not charge a customer's acct when they know they won't be shipping the order for 2 weeks. They wait until shipping. This company did not. WHY didn't I check out this company before I ordered? If I don't receive the refund, I will take any action I can legally. I am not giving up. If they think I will they're going to be disappointed. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and writing reviews about them anywhere I can.
