The email address doesn't work, on hold for 36 minutes - not acceptable. I had to cancel my credit card just so I wouldn't get anymore charges. Be very careful if you think you might just want to do the trial. The COLOTOX didn't work for me and caused issues with my system. I do not recommend this product, and I don't care for a company that has such a poor customer service department.

Got on the internet just to check out the product. Got ready to order then decided against it and cancelled As I got ready to close the window a live person got on and tried to sell the product to me. I got a telephone number from her and said if I wanted to order I'd call. Next thing I knew it was sent to me. Instead of fighting with them I decided to pay for it and forget it. Just the other day another bottle was in the mail. I called said I didn't order another bottle and to refund my credit card for the full amount including s&h. The first girl hung up on me. The second time I called talked to a guy named REY said it was in fin e print that I would receive the product until I cancelled. There was no fine print anywhere. Called the 3rd time talked to REY again. Ask to talk to his supervisor and he wouldn't let me. Explained to him They did not get my permission to use my credit card and what they did was illegal and there were a number of complaints against the company for the same thing they did to me. He was very rude. This company is a scam and I wish I would have done my homework and checked them out before I went into their website. I'm still fighting with them and hopefully will get this resolved. Beware of this company. They will charge you for things you did not order and will continue to do so as long as they can.

Free trail- Then before your ten days is up they bill just under 100.00 to keep it a crime.

i never got anything from them but paid a total of 88.91 first time, second withdraw was for 50.00. of course, not knowing of the charges till after bank called for a couple of bounced checks. Bank is checking on other withdrawels also. They work dfast taking money as quick as they can.

stay away from all free trial offers. they also called and got me to answer some questions with yes or no answers, that they use to play to banks when you report them.

I replyed to a survey for a free 30 day [1.00] supply of diet suplements. The co. is HOODIASTAR. What I recieved was a 30 day supply as promised. But, along with this came a bottle of some kind of water, and a package of gum. OH, I almost forgot, a bill foe &45.85. Before I could even finish reading the paperwork, the money was out of my account. After trying unsuccesfully for two day on there e-mail and phone no. I am stuck with a bunch of things I don't want and need info on how to get not only my money back, but to make sure this doesn't happen to me again or any one else!!

This business is corrupt as even though you cancel during the trial period & ship the unused portion back, they continue to bill you continuously and they are rude and unprofessional too.
