A woman called my office today asking for another credit card # other than Discover card for charging $38.95 for something I never agree to. The woman treatened to get the collection agencies on my case if I don't agree to pay then I ask for her name and she hang up on me. The initial scam was for only $1.00 plus shipping of $4.95 for Hoodia water it's part of 10 items to select for a free oboe which I never fulfill to do because this whole thing is bogus attempt to get you to pay for FDA unapprove drug with costly hidden agenda. The initial offer is vague there is no mention of hidden future commitment at all. This kind of sneaky attempt to get people to be fooled by getting something and not and than charging excessively 40 times more than cost is sick and needs to be stopped completely by Federal consumer protection agencies.

I ordered a free trial of Acaipure as seen on Oprah and was charged 44.85 right away to my checking account I called right away and could not get through. i called the next day and was on hold for 45 minutes. the service rep said that there was nothing I could do until I receive the order than call back for a RMA Number. I did that and called back this morning, I was suppose to be on hold for 20 minutes. I was disconnected after being on hold for 80 minutes. I filed a dispute with my bank. It is a rip off and you can never get through to return and get your risk free money back.

I ordered a free trial of Colotox and was only supposed to pay shipping of $5.95. When I received my bank statement, they charged my $45.85. I got them on the phone twice and they would not cancel the order or the supposed membership I signed up for. They were extremely rude. I had to file a dispute against the charges with my bank and get a new debit card so they couldn't charge anything else to me.

CNutra charges $1 for Hoodiawater and AcaiPure. You pay only shipping. But beware! The website also has pre-checked ordering boxes that charge an additional $45.85 for Colotox.

Also as part of that order (supposedly buried in the fine print of the order acceptance - but I never saw it), they charge you for a "bonus membership" to Fitness Factory for $29.95, which you will see charged on your next month's bank statement. Hoodiawater will also charge you another $38.95 the following month for another shipment that you did not order. When you call C Nutra, you will be on hold for a MINIMUM of 45 minutes, before being connected with a very rude associate to get the authorization to return products or get refunds.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

I went online and ordered two trial sized bottles, one was Colotox, and the other was Acai Berry. They were priced $1.00 and $6.95 respectively. My first order came and in addition to the trial size bottle of Colotox I received Hoodia gum and water. I was charged $40.00 for these two items I didn't even order.

When I opened my first package, I thought they had sent me two free items, I didn't even take anything out because I was busy at the time and didn't look at the paperwork til much later, and realized what had happened. In the interim, over a period of about three months I had three deaths in my family.

I kept receiving more packages of unordered items, but I was still grieving at this time, and it was the last thing I had on my mind during that time. When I finally called the company to get a refund, I was denied, because I went past the 30-day refund policy. I then asked to speak with the supervisor, and she was rude and talked over me almost the whole conversation.

I told her that I was a reasonably intelligent woman, of 52 years, and I only ordered two trial sized bottles. She told me that once I ordered these things I was automatically signed up for their 'lifetime' program. She wouldn't budge, and I hung up; here I am, ripped off and pissed off.
