Unauthorized billing
I ordered the two week risk free trial- it's not risk free. I sent the product back and can not get my money back now. I get a run around on the phone, the people answering the phones are extremely rood and will argue with you non stop. NO matter what you say or do- you can't get any help and you can't get to a manager. It's a complete ripoff. I wish I would have known this prior to ordering.

taking my money w?o permission
i ordered free products(pay postage only). within 2 TWO weeks they had withdrawn close to $170.00 from my account. after all this time i have only received 1/4 of my money back. does anyone have any suggestions (other than Don't order online lol)? i am not rich and can't afford to lose my money like this.

Add me to the growing list of victims of this ripoff company. My story mirrors those of the 600+ on this site. I have written to the Attoneys General of both Arizonz and Minnesota. I hope something comes of it.

Deceptive marketing
I ordered Acaipure off a promotional link on MSN. The website contained various other links so it was hard to tell exactly what I had ordered. One of the links was for Coloflush--which by the site I thought came with the Acaipure. Not so. Furthermore, their fine print terms and conditions require that you request cancellation/return in 14 days from the ORDER date. Everything else said date of receipt. I called to cancel and request a return authoriztion number and was told I could not return the trial product--not accepted--and I was a day late to cancel-my credit card had already been charged $79. But if I wanted to keep getting it I could for $18 instead of $79. WOW! What a scam. Unfortunately, I wanted to immediately cancel the other 3 products--I was so angry. I may have tried the Acaipure longer but this farse made me wary. Since it was linked to this website I hold them accountable for the deceptive marketing!

unauthorized charge
charged me $39.95 after i had cancelled and they said that was it-i was finshed and there would be no more charges. so they charged my account and when i called them one woman was actually yelling at me. i'm going to file a claim with my bank.

FRAUD/ FAILURE TO FILL ORDER, EXTREME RUDENESS
i ORDERED A PRODUCT CALLED COLOTOX FROM THEM, NEVER GOT THE ORDER, THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY FINALLY SENT A PACKAGE CONTAINING LESS THAN HALF WHAT MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. i TRIED TO GET A RETRN AUTH. #, BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME ONE. I HAVE DISPUTED CHARGE WITH MY DISCOVER CARD.
THIS COMPANY IS BEING INVESTIGATED NOW BY STATE ATTY. GENERALS OFFICE IN FLA, AZ, AND MD.
BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. HORRIBLE, TOTLALSCAM COMPANY.

Unauthorized billing
After following an internet link to this website, I decided to try one of their products and, while placing an order for this 'free' product for only shipping item, a box came up with another product that I decided to try as well -- with only $1 charge + shipping. On the first product I noticed their were additional boxes checks for additional items and I cleared those boxes; however, when I added the new product, the boxes were checked again and I failed to notice. There was no confirmation of product/price, but the order was placed and charged immediately. When I saw that I was being charged over $50, rather than the $11 I had expected, I immediately began trying to undo the wrong.

I wrote numerous emails within an hour of placing my order. The next day, I called and waited on the line for over 90 minutes to speak with a representative (Erin). I was told it was too late to cancel the order, but I was issued a return authorization number and told that the usual restocking fee charged for return items would be waived. I was also assured that all program/product memberships were canceled. That was on November 14.

Although I was told the orders shipped within two days, it was over 3 weeks before my product was received. Because I was eager to return the unwanted items for a credit as quickly as possible, I called again on December 4 and spoke with another representative (Chris). He told me that the product had been back-ordered (which should have allowed me to cancel back in November, right?) but it had been shipped the day before.

I received the items and returned them. Unfortunately, I failed to enclosed the RMA and order number, but I immediately emailed them about my mistake and sent a separate letter (w/delivery confirmation) with all information, etc. The product and the letter were received; however, as of yet there has been no refund.

Further, on December 26, my bank card was charged for another shipment of one of the 'free' products. Needless to say, I was furious! I have initiated contact with my bank to dispute this charge and will probably end up having to get a new credit card to protect my account from this disreputable company.

I plan to write to the President, Graham D. Gibson, and attach copies of all of my communications with comments about my opinion of his poor, sub-standard business practices and customer service. Ideally, I would love for a class-action lawsuit to be lodged against this disreputable business!

I am sick, sick, sick that I was ignorant enough to fall into such a trap. Hopefully, this will serve as a warning to others. Do not do business with this company as they do not treat customers fairly and do not honor their promises.

Unauthorized billing
I also saw the ad for Green Tea Extreme for a sample of the product for $5.95. I ordered the product on 11/19/08 and received it on 12/11/08. After reading the fine print on the sales receipt, I called the company. Amazing that at soon as you call the customer care line you are told due to the popularity of the product your hold time is 55 minutes and 53 seconds. Well, I finally got someone to answer and she identified herself as 'J'. I explained that I need a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) so I can return the unopened merchandise. She did give me the number, but she was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke to. She assured me I was within my 14 day trial period. I mailed the merchandise to the Largo FL address and purchased the delivery confirmation from the Post Office. I verified that they received the merchandise on 12/26/08 at 2:45pm; however, that same day, they put through a charge on my card for $38.95. I contacted my credit union who said without a police report they could do nothing. I had to cancel my card with the credit union to avoid further charges. I am in the process of writing to the Attorney General of Arizona and of Florida. Do not ever order anything form the company...they are the biggest ripoff I have ever run across and the rudest and worst customer service of them all.

Membership
I didn't realize I was joining a club for diet products. I ordered the trial product and then the company started sending me products and charging my credit card. I haven't been able to get a return form and haven't been able to contact the company to cancel my membership. Help Help Help.

Unauthorized charges
I made several telephone calls to cancel Acai Pure & Total Cleanse with no success. The unauthorized funds continued to come from my account. I spent days and long hours fighting. I finally had to cancel my debit card and they still kept coming.

To me its a SCAM!!
