Ordered Free sample for only 4.95 shipping..Looked at my bank account and was charged 44.95.. Did not receive my order. When i tried to all numerous times, the hold times were anywhere from 30-70 minutes. It makes no difference when you call. Also this web site signs you up automatically with another company Fit Factory. I had to call them(and i did get to speak with someone there and was able to cancel).

I had to call and cancel my credit card and have the bank issue another one. There are other web sites with numerous complaint like mine. This company is a rip off and scam... Be cautious!

Anyone who orders from this company needs to call the Attorney General Office and they will direct you to the proper department.

Unfortunately I did not research this company until after the fact. When I read the ripoff report I thought I was reading about myself. I too was charged for items that I did not order. I only received one invoice and the company went into my account and charged me twice, once on 10/30 and again on 11/19. I emailed customer service for satisfaction and was told I would get a reply in 24 to 48 hours to date I have heard not a single word. I emailed them again even though they said not to and didn't even get a response. I also called their 888 number 7 times and was told I had to wait 92 min, 73 min, 84 min. 62 min. I believe this is a ploy so you will give up. Who has time to wait on hold for that amount of time? Only to be disconnected if you do wait. You get the picture. I could not get an RMA number to return what was sent. Now the thirty days is up so I am sure there will be more of a ripoff. I called my bank and am in the process of disputing both of the charges and will have a new card issued.

On Nov 13, 2008, I ordered a FREE sample of both AcaiPure and ColoPure. I was only supposed to be charged shipping and handling. However, on 12/16 I saw a debit of $39.95 on my checking account from a company called fit-fac.com (which apparently is an affiliated company). I e-mailed them to tell them I had no interest in being a member of their website and asking for a reverse debit. As of today, Jan 56, 2009, my account STILL has not been credited. Sent a second e-mail today.
Also, on 12/23/08 I was charged an additional $38.95 for ColoPure but no product (which I don't even want). Still taking the sample and I have GAINED weight - not lost. Am on hold at this very moment trying to cancel: estimated wait time: 45 minutes.

This is quite a scam they have going. If anybody knows how I can get the debits to stop, PLEASE let me know.

I ordered Acai Pure for a trial sample. I found out later that it was all a scam. I sent emails and tried to call to cancel my order (less than 24 hrs after placing the order), and eventhough CENTRAL COAST NUTRACEUTICALS email reply said that they would review my email and reply within 48 - 72 hrs, I never heard from them. It has been a week. I have heard from many people that they have been ripped off by this company. I have even placed a STOP order with my credit card company. Don't make the same mistake that many people and myself have made. Stay away from CENTRAL COAST NUTRACEUTICALS or you will be sorry.

I have also been scamed.I called the Phoenix Police and they have never heard about this company. They told me to file a complaint with the FBI at IC3 .gov and they will go after this company.I filed my compliant today and strongly encourage all who have been ripped off to do the same. STRENGTH IN NUMBERS
