will not refund my money for returned products

Central Coast Nutraceuticals in Arizona is a deceptive company. They said that all you need to pay is 4.95 for shipping and try the Acai Pure free of charge. They said nothing about getting charged in so many days i.e. 30 days

They sent more than I asked for i.e. Hoodia Gum and Hoodia water. They charged me $44.85 initially and $39.95 for the next month which is automatic unless you cancel the order. Big rip-off! Stay away from them!

I received my credit card statement and there was a charge on 11/18/2008 for Pom Clear. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charges. I then tried on numerous occasions to contact the company with the phone being busy, not being able to access the website and no response to an e-mail. I was charged for the product on 11/18/2008, the product was sent on December 4, 2008 ( which was the day that I spent one hour 10 minutes holding until a very rude salesman told me I would have to pay for the product because I received it) and was rude about cancelling the membership. The product was then mailed on the day that I cancelled the membership and was received on December11, 2008. In order to return the item you must have it back before 30 days from the order date (which was November 18, 2008) but the product was not received until December 11, 2008 and I must have it back by December 18, 2008 and have a RMA which I have now been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get. I have then cancelled my credit card so that the company cannot continue to charge me when the product was not received in a timely manner, no time to return items for credit, ungodly hold time at the company and no response from the e-mail or cannot obtain website. I am truly disappointed in Oprah for advertising this company as being trustworthly. NOT TRUE!!!

Ordered "free sample" pay postage only and was billed for $44.85 and never received product at all. Over drew my account because it was supposed to be only $4.85. The Product was AcaiPure. Sad that in these hard times people are working even harder to rip people off!!!

I sent them a check for six bottles of there product, in the amount of $199.00. The check was cashed on November 25 of 2008. I have not received the order yet, and after reading the complaints about this product I have no intentions of taking it. I have tried to contact the company, of course there is a wait of 45mins to talk to anyone about my order. I now know that this is a scam. Do you have any suggestions of how to return the order? I will send it back registered mail if I even get it. Do I need to contact someone before I return it?
