I ordered a trial offer of acaipure online. Before the 14 days I mailed it back but it has probably crossed over. I cannot get a hold of them with the phone # they provided. They will keep sending them and raping my bank account if I cant get a hold of them to put a stop to this. Also before the 14 day trial I also was charged for 29.95 for something called Fit-Factory which is another problem associated with this acaipure. I NEVER signed up to join anything else. And yo know what, that phone they provide on their website doesn't even RING!! We need help from someone from these criminals. I hope these complaints do something. With these charges they have now caused my account to have a possible overdraft which will cause my rent to bounce. I'm unemployed and at the time, all I thought was I was spending 4.95 for a trial offer. I will be contacting the State Attorney General Office.

My dear husband signed up for the trail sample and like everyone else thought he was just getting a sample and would be charged $4.95. Today 2 days after he ordered it our credit card was charged $44.85. I immediately filed a dispute with the credit card company and the man on the phone said boy I am getting a lot of calls about this product. I went to the website and filled in the info as if I wanted to oder the trail of AcaiPure. The a pop up came and said if you order today they will only charge $1.00 for shipping instead of $4.95. I IM back to them saying why I would not order it. The girl IM back are you sure this $1.00 shipping is only good for today. When you read the fine prin when placing the trial order it does state that they will keep shipping it to you each month. Also right next to where you put your name and credit card info are 2 boxes that are for Hoodia and some other product, there is a box that is all ready checked meaning you DO want those 2 product that are $9.95 and $29.95. That is where they come up with $44.85 they put on your credit card.

SCAM!! BAIT AND SWITCH!! Ordered a sample of Acai supplement product. Sample order required a credit card to pay for shipping. I ended receiving full bottles of product and my card was charged $45. Same as 10/1/08 complaint, I ordered the FREE trial of Aciapure and paid the shipping and was charged and received 2 extra products that I did not order. I can't even use the other products I have high blood pressure and Hoodia aggravates that condition. I know I have tried it before. Ripped off and misled.
