was billed and did not order
All I wanted was the free sample and paid 4.95 for shipping. I was billed $39.95 and did not receive anything? I did not order anymore to be billed for.
Please fixed this or I will go to the better business beuro.

I WANT ALL ORDERS MAILED TO 205 ROUND STREET, TAUNTON, MA. 02780, AND 905 TURNPIKE STREET, CANTON, MA. 02021. I DID NOT ORDER ALL THESE PRODUCTS, HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES, STOP SENDING THEM, AND CHARGING ME. I HAVE BEEN SENT ABOUT 3 OR 4 PRODUCTS. NONE THAT I ORDERED. I AM HOPING YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS SO I WILL NOT HAVE TO TAKE ANY FURTHER STEPS. THIS IS NOT A PROPER USE OF THE INTERNET AND VERY DISTURBING. I WILL EXPECT EXPECT AN E-MAIL BACK CONFIRMING RECEIPT.

BEWARE !!! this product is a scam the company sends you stuff you do not order and charges your acct.Do not give them your credit information.I callled to let them know they were getting this product back and I was on hold for 58 mins.When the girl answered the phone she was very rude and short with me.

only ordered acai pure trail, i was only suppose to pay for shipping and they charged me for 44.85 on my credit card, i cannot afford this.
i was only going to try out the free trial and they sent gum which cost$9.95 and hoodiawater at $29.95 then shipping at$4.95 which was $44.85. i was only suppose to pay for the shipping. but instead they charged me for all the other that i did not order. do i have to get a new card because of people like this. i cannot afford this. i'm not working. i tried to call them but the waiting period was 54 min. so what do you do???

cancelled order with hours charged for product never received
Ordered item called AcaiPure for 4.95 - cancelled order with hours of placing it. Was charged 49.95. Emailed to cancel a 2nd and 3rd time. Was charge another 39.95. Tried numerous times to call company. Constant recording of how buy representitives are. Emailed again. Never received any product- did not want any products. Finally spoke with rep after holding for 48 minutes on phone. Was told I received products by postal service. How do I get my money back from these thieves? This company need to be investigated big time and shut down!!!

cant take, Drs. orders
After taking this product for several weeks I ended up in the hospital for 4 day.This was the only thing new in my system. Dr. told me to not take anymore. This was probably not the reason, but Im not taking anymore. I called the customer service and cancelled any new orders as of 10/30/2008. It was put on a automated voice, never got to talk to a real person. I notifyed my credit card company to not pay any more money to this company.

fraudlent charges for acai pure
I ordered a trial offer of acai pure from the above company for shipping cost only of $4.95.Instead I was charged $44.85 for two products I did not order on 9-26-08 and this amount came out of my debit acct. On 10-27-08 a charge of $39.95 was made on my debit card.I went to the bank and I was told the charge was for acai pure and the phone number is the same number as above.Well I canceled my debit card.At least I want have that unexpected charge again.I hope all of us that has filed a complaint will get some results.

This company sent items that were not ordered charged for the extra items . The phone number and e mail address can not be accessed I cannot return the items without a slip from the company a real rip off.
