When you order their Green Tea Extreme capsules, they do not tell you that you are signing up for a "Lifestyle Program". When you call their so-called "'customer care department" you are kept on hold for long periods of time. When they finally answer and you tell them that you want to get an RNA (Return Authorization Number) and to be removed from the Lifestyle Program these people hang up on you repeatedly. They also keep sending you the product and charging you for it. It costs me postage money to keep sending this product back which is another way they keep ripping me off.

I ordered a trail size of acaipure and got gum for $9.99, and colorpure, and charged $44.90. Didn't want products and have been trying to return them but with no success. I have attempted to call, e-mail, returned subsequent merchandise with no success or refund of my money, I have received three shipments, two sent back to sender, still no return of my money.Please help I don't know what is the next recourse.

Was trying a FREE trial paying only $4.95 in shipping . INSTEAD Billed $44.85 and recieved 3 items, 2 I did'nt even request !! Tryed to call wait time was suppose to be only 68 min. which itself is crazy they never did pick up !!!

I ordered a FREE trial of Green Tea Extract. They also sent along a bottle of Hoodia Water that I did NOT order and then charged my bank account $37. I have tried to call several times and only get a recording telling me my wait time to speak with someone will be 42min...57min...63min...!!!Then with out my permission they take another $44.90 out of my bank and a week later I get another package of Green Tea That I Didn't Order !!

went for a free sample, was told $4.99 cost $9.00
got another shipment i did not order for $44.95.
cannot get them on phone am waiting for 50 minutes
