trial period of colopure&Celebrity Smile trial
Yes, they charge my credit card 39.95 before trial period was up. I want the money put back into my account. I've tried calling them and e-mailing them but you cant get through! If I don't get the money put back on my card I will get my attorney involved! This is definitely a scam. the stough is not worth it.I want to send it back considering I haven't even used it. Billed for something I did not order was suspose to pay only s/h of 4.95
I ordered a trial 1 month supply of Pomclear and was to pay $4.95 for shipping and then when I received the product there was 2 other products and a bill for 44.85. They want to charge me a 15% restocking fee if I send it back and then also I will have to pay to ship it back. I did not order anything but a trial 1 month supply of this product and that was all I wanted. Thank you Tambra

this company ripped me off for $44.95 on my credit card when i was only to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. I tried to reach them at their toll free number, but no one will answer the phone. and they say that if i return the product without a Return Merchandise Authorization number i won't get my refund. And they say there is also a 15% restocking fee that i have to pay. I have learned my lesson. I will never ever buy another thing from the internet.

Rec. Product I didn't order & was charged
I have rec. product that aI didn't order. I have been charged $41.85 for these proudcts. I have only ordered one trail size product. In order to send this back to company, I need RMA # but unable to get anyone on the phone for 2 days.
It looks like other people have had the same complaints.
