My name is Jeanette Parks and I ordered the product AcaiPure based on a free trial with a charge of $1.95 for shipping & handleing and nothing else. As I was checking my bank statements I noticed I had been charged two payments for this product. On 10/27/08 - $39.95 and on 11/28/08 - $44.90. These charges were taken without my knowledge or my authorization., the bad thing about this also is Oprah Winfrey is being used as a sponsor of the product. I don't appreciate being scamed when I try to be an honest consumer, I was never informed of these charges to take place. I want it to stop and be reemburst for my money taken. I will also inform Oprah Winfrey of how she is being exploited for a scam.I tried calling the toll free number and the recording stated I would be serviced in 87 minutes, that's over a hour of holding on the phone. That in it's self says SCAM! Please clear this up and return my money and do not take any more! Thank You

I ordered a trial sample of Acaipure for $4.95 and was charged that amount. However, a month later I noticed another charge for 39.95 from the company for additional products that I did not order or receive. When I call the toll free number it gives an estimated wait time of over an hour. It is not possible to get through and talk to a rep. This product was endorsed by Oprah. Has she been made aware of the fraudulence of this company/product?
