I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL OF POMCLEAR ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2008 WITH THE INTENTIONS OF TRYING IT FOR 14 DAYS, IF NOT SATIFIED I HAD THE OPTION OF RETURNING THE UNUSED PORTION AND GET A REFUND.
I ALSO HAD THE OPTION TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
TWO DAYS, BEFORE THE PRODUCT ARRIVED, I CALLED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. THE TELPHONE NUMBER THE COMPANY SENT (888)6928352 HAS ON EVERY OCCASION I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. THEY SWITCH YOU TO A AUTOMED ANSWERING SERVICE WHICH TELLS YOU TO LEAVE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND ORDER NUMBER. ALSO THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT A LIVE PERSON WILL GO THROUGH THIS AUTOMATED SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER 1, I HAVE NOT AS OF YET SPOKE WITH OR HAD A PERSON PICK UP THE LINE AS YET.
THE COMPANY, AFTER I HAVE CALLED, AND LEFT MY NAME, ADDRESS AND ORDER NUMBER HAS TAKEN A $39.95 CHARGE OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT.
I DON'T HAVE NO WAY OF REACHING THIS COMPANY AND HAVE DONE ALL I SHOULD HAVE DONE BEFORE TIME IN ORDER THAT THEY DONT TAKE THE MONIES OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
PLEASE IF ANY WAY POSSIBLE LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN RETRIEVE MY MONIES.
