I ordered a FREE sample, shipping only, but they sent 2 other products I didn't order & charged me for them. When I email their support site, they said I didn't "UNCHECK" a box on the original order. I then asked them to cancel any further shipments, but I just received another one 2 days ago with another $44.90 charge to my credit card.
I emailed AND called to cancel again, still have not received notification from them. I feel they are highly unethical and dishonest. If you can help get through to them, I am sure many consumers would be appreciative.
