Central Kia Of Lewisville Reviews

scam/deceptive trade
kia rep called and said i had qualified for a vip upgrade into a new car
with the same low monthly payments. They gave me a conformation # and an appointment date and time. When I arrived they said they knew nothing about it but said did i see anything i liked ?i said sure but i couldn't afford high payments. They kept assureing me they could work to get me lower payments.Every time they gave me an amount I again told them I couldn't afford it.After around four hours of this Dwight Johnson came and said ..Mrs Berry we are going to give you $ 5, 000. rebate and $2500 cash back so I could have christmas money "How does that sound/" I said it sounds great but I still couldn't afford the car.He said to put the $2, 500 in the bank and pay payments for six months and then refinance the car and that would bring payments down to what I could afford.I said I would need to talk to my banker first because there is no way i could affors over X amount in payments per mo.He said no problem "lets get the paper work out of the way and he would set on it and untill I got back to him" and to go ahead and drive the car home, if I couldn't afford it just bring it back "no problem".After talking to my banker I called and let them know I would be bringing the car back and they said" no way" that I had bought the carthe day befor.I went back for 4 days trying to get someone to listen to me that there had been a big mistake but they were rude, hateful and uncareing that I could not pay for the car.I had to hire a lawyer and am sueing them. This all took place Dec, 08 and I still don't have a car. They got the sale and my 2006 kia rio and I got nothing.I couldn't even make one payment
and the car has been repoed. This has ruined my good credit and now
my credit cards have canceled and I can't even buy another car.

Deceptive Sales Tactics
In December 2008 I decided to look into purchasing a new car. I looked at the dealer where I take my current car in for servicing, Central KIA Lewisville. I filled out a form online and was contacted by a salesgirl, one Misty. I told her I had a trade in and asked what kind of financing I could get. She took a credit application over the phone and called back later saying I had been approved for 0% financing.

As I was browsing the vehicles on the internet website I came across a 2007 Kia Rondo with a suspiciously low price, stock # 77027286, VIN KNAFG525977027286 that was listed at 11, 838. I called and asked Misty if this was a misprint or a mistake and she assured me that the advertisement was correct and that the car was available. So I decided to drive into the dealership and see it for myself.

When I got to the dealership and asked to speak to Misty I was told to have a seat and she would soon be out. I had to wait a bit too long and soon a salesman came out and told me he would be assisting me. I told him I wanted to see the Kia Rondo that was selling for 11-something. He said he would go get the keys.

I was kept waiting far too long again and I began to get suspicious. Finally someone came out and introduced himself as the sales manager.” I should have gotten his business card. I asked him why I was being passed from salesperson to salesperson and he told me he was not a sales person, he was a sales manager. I asked him if there was a problem, and he told me the vehicle I wanted to see had been sold.

Lie number 1.

I asked him how it was that a vehicle that had bee listed on the website an hour ago had been sold . He said they had sold several cars that day. He asked me if I would be interested in another car. I told him I didn’t think so. He asked me what kind of monthly payment I wanted, and I said around $200. I also said I wanted 0% financing. He informed me solemnly that they did not have 0% financing.

Lie number 2.

At that point I wisely got up and walked out, not before telling him that not only would I not be buying a car from him, but that I would not be bringing my car in for servicing there as well.

The sales department of Central KIA Lewisville is clearly trying to lure people in to the dealership with false and misleading advertising in the hopes that they can then dupe the people into buying something more expensive. They should be avoided.

Poor Service
I would like to inform all potential car buyers to avoid Central Kia of Lewisville www.dallaskiadealer.com located in Lewisville. Central Kia of Lewisville treated me ok until I decided to buy a used Suzuki Vitara / I liked this car since I was a kid/. Having relocated from Europe just a month ago it was a good choice for the money / 7500 as they advertised on cars.com/. As soon as I said yes my horrible experience with Central Kia of Lewisville started. A financial representative of Central Kia of Lewisville raised the price after they made me sign blank documents / unethical practice of Central Kia of Lewisville /. I was disgusted by the arrogant behaviour of the representative of Central Kia of Lewisville. I needed a car as I was starting a new job on Monday and I was going to pay in cash. The Central Kia of Lewisville horrible customer service representative said that becuase I am not financing with them I have to give them more money - Arrogant people at Central Kia of Lewisville. I decided to go for it as I really liked the car and paid 500USD more to Central Kia of Lewisville used car Suzuki Vitara. Central Kia of Lewisville used car people made me wait a lot in their location, did not prepare paperwork on time so I almost missed to arrange my financing with the bank I have chosen. Basically we were laughing at them as I wanted to give them almost nine thousand and they could not get their paperwork on time to receive it - horrible customer service and used car buy experience in Central Kia of Lewisville. Central Kia of Lewisville used car department made me come three times to replace my temporary tags as they could not apply for a tag on time - horrible organization at the Central Kia of Lewisville. In the meantime - alternator, oxygen censor and battery brake. Central Kia of Lewisville said the car was in good condition and checked but apparantley it was a scam. When I called to complain about all this the arrogant Central Kia of Lewisville manager said in a laughing manner that because I wanted to save money I bought a used car from Central Kia of Lewisville. I drove brand new KIA Optima as rental for one week and I would say that KIA feel, drive and is CHEAP! I will never buy KIA from Central KIA of Lewisville. He also said could not foresee a future of a car he was selling and I should have purchased a warranty which I guarantee was not offered to me. Probably because Central of Lewisville did not wanted to offer me warranty as they knew what they were selling to me. I came to USA because I know this is the land where a customer is number one . Apparently in Central Kia of Lewisville customers are treated good only until they say " I wan to buy a car from Central Kia of Lewisville" Do not buy a car from Central Kia of Lewisville - go somewhere else where you will be content to spend your money. Thank you
