This company has scammed us for thousands of dollars. We signed up with them to process our credit cards ~3 years ago. We explained to the sales rep that we are not your regular company that swipes credit cards (we process most our orders over the phone & online), yet he still signed us up for such an account. After a few months of running cards, we complained that the rates they promised were nowhere near the rates they were charging us. It took them a few months to figure out what the problem was. They decided to set us up with another account. So we ended up having 2 accounts with them. BIG MISTAKE!

Their customer service is TERRIBLE! You need to call them about 5-10 times before you get any response from them.

Here's how they scammed us:
1. When we signed up with them, they promised to pay for the cancellation fee from our previous processor. We were charged $250. When I called Central Payment to follow up, they said they never said that. It took me about a year of calling and complaining to finally get $100. Just $100 from the $250 they promised.
2. Our rates never changed. Almost to about 4% per transaction. They will always promise low rates. DON'T BELIEVE THEM! IT WILL NOT HAPPEN!
3. When we finally decided it was too much for us to deal with and it was time for us to move, not only were we charged $300 cancellation per account, they took back the $100 they gave us as a reimbursement for the cancellation fee from our previous processor! For a total of $700 just for cancellation just because their rates and customer service is terrible and we can't stay with them any longer.

We have been requesting for copies of invoices for the cancellation for about 3 weeks now. After numerous phone calls, still nothing!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! NEVER DEAL WITH THEM! THEY WILL COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND LOTS AND LOTS OF HEADACHE!!!

I was ripped off by these people bad! I am currently going into business with my grandfather and its taken a while to get things going. Our store will not be open until Jan. 07 so i decided to find a way to make money in the mean time.

I was contacted by CPC and asked to join their company. I thought this was a scam so I asked how much does it cost to join (like most internet scams) and they said it has no cost and i work as a contract laborer.

I was like WOW! After about a week I received my packet with all of my information as well as my business cards. I spent over $150 in gas for two weeks going from business to business. Well, guess what? I didn't make a single sell.

I was harassed everyday by my director who said that I need to make a sell or I would be fired. I got lucky and my business will be opened on Dec. 1st so I quit CPC.

They lied about everything to me. They say that they are the cheapest around when in fact they are very high. To make any money you have to offer higher rates than their so called break even rates which are usually 20-30 percent higher than anyone actually pays. Their break even is 1.65 when out of all 300 plus businesses i went to only paid 1.39 or 1.45 percent.

I recommend everyone to stay away from this scam. I wasted money that I shouldn't have spent in gas. After checking with many agencies I have come to believe that this SO-CALLED company is run out of someone's basement. Just call them and go thru their company directory and you will only get like 4 people's names that even work in the SO-CALLED home office.

I eventually called them back after researching them (i called the number that appeared on my caller id not the corporate number when they called me) and a woman answered and said that this is the steven's residence. This business is being run from someones home. Stay Away!
