I am a resident of Nagpur (Maharashtra). Having gone thru the earlier complaints, I completely agree that there is no specific email address wherein a complaint can be sent toyour Head office here in India. I had purchased an HP INkjet 5610 All in one printer two years back, but to my dissappointment even though buying a printer from a company of repute the customer service is not bothered to hear the complaints and they keep apologizing. I have been told that the particular printer is not repairable and the company gives replacement as the spares are not avaialble and the 5610 model is not manufactured anymore. In such a situation, kindly guide me what the customer is supposed to do?? There is only one authorized dealer in the name of Redington India Ltd, and they have charged me 250 rs for doing nothing and expressed their inability to repair the same. Please get the same repaired or give me a replacement against the same as informed by your dealer.
