I read some of the Peak 5 complaints. I've had the same experience of trying to reach them with the number left on my answering machine asking me to contact the new company because Peak 5 no longer exists. After few brief moments, the line just goes dead. I don't get to talk to anyone.
Also, in the past, I've tried to get a payment book and I've tried to pay additional monies so that my $13, 000 loan (which will be $27, 000 if it runs all 72 months) would be paid off early. It seems whatever extra I pay is then deducted from the next months amout. Also, I was late two months. When I paid the whole amount plus late fees the next bill showed NO decrease in the premium. This company does not conduct business like a normal and reputable financial institution.
