THEY TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY

THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A FLEXABLE SPENDING ACCOUNT WHERE YOU PUT MONEY IN IT THREW OUT THE YEAR TO USE ON MEDICAL BILLS NOW. THERE ARE SO MANY RULES THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT SO THAT CAN DENIE YOUR CLAIMS AND KEEP YOUR MONEY . SO FAR THEY GOT MY HUSBAND FOR OVER 300.00 AND ME FOR 200.00 . WHAT THE BEST THING IS YOU CANT GET OUT OF IT, SO THEY LOCK YOUR CARD UP SO YOU CANT USE IT AND KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR CHECK EVERY WEEK . DONT SIGN UP FOR IT. I MADE THE MISTAKE AND SIGNED UP THREW MY EMPLOYER., WHICH CAN NOT HELP ME SO ALL TOGETHER THEY WILL GET US FOR ABOUT 1000.00

Claim Handling

Submitted claim they denied for missing information. Had they actually read the receipt they would have seen it contained precisely the information they needed. Now I'm told it will take up to 10 business day for it to be reviewed AGAIN. Nothing but problems with claim submission with Ceridian Benefits. After complaining to our HR department, they advised I'm not the only one complaining about them. I guess Ceridian has taken the mentaility that they can be sloppy because we employees can't do a thing about it.
