I have just been told that Certegy have debited money from my bank account on a check that was paid for. They have refused to put the money back and the state says they can do nothing. When did it become legal to get into someones account without authorization. I can assure you I will never go to a store who uses this company for collection. In my case it was Bi-Lo, however i hear many stores are using this company to get our money without written authorization.
