After speaking with them on the phone, I realized that for the $19.99 month subscription they automatically sign you up for, what they are providing you is the address or website to the State in which you are applying and from there you download the forms needed yourself..and send them to that state's office..YOURSELF. You are paying the State Vital Records office and applying for the certificate yourself. On the state's website I found the fee of $12 and it takes 1 to 4 weeks to receive the birth certificate. Certificateexpress.org claims you will receive the birth certificate within 2-3 days after the state's office receives the requested forms. TOTAL LIE!!! Wow, I can't believe how freely people will rip people off and lie to them to make a buck! Do the legwork yourself...and if you have to wait 1 to 4 weeks then so be it..
