I tried this products Free Trial for 15 days. I called the company's customer service dept. before the 15 days because I've noticed that I've not lost any weight at all. The male employee who answered the phone asked me on how I was taking the product and I told him that I was taking 2 pills in the morning. He told me that I'm doing it wrong and that I should take 1 pill during lunch and 1 during dinner time. He convinced me of trying it and he will extend the trial period for another 15 days and so I did. Now before that 2nd 15 days lapses, I called them again and told them to cancel it because it's not working. The person whom I talked to gave me a Return Authorization Number (RMA) 1378541 and 1378539.I asked the guy if i need to return the remaining pills and he said that it's not necessary and I really thought that it's already settled. That's until I got the bill from this company for the amount of $87.77 and $88.55 respectively. So, I called them again to inquire. Rosy Miller(?) told me that the trial period that they gave me had expired before I made the call to cancel. So I explained to her what had transpired. At first, she told me that she can only return 50% of the amount that was charged to me and I told her that it's not acceptable for I need all my money back! She then told me she can 0nly give me 85% max. I need that 15% back to my credit card please! Thank you for your attention to the matter. Truly, Bernard Barroga
