APPROVED FOR A LOAN
i WAS APPLIED FOR A LOAN AND RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MR ROBERT MILLER STATING THAT I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR A LOAN OF $5, 000 DOLLARS AND NEED TO CONTACT HIM AT 800-242-0248 THIS NUMBE IS NOT WORKING AND THEN I TRIED THE 347-562-2648 AND THAT NUMBER STAYS BUSY I AM AFRAID THTAT I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED PLEASE FOLLOW UP AND IF MY INFORMATION HAS BEEN USED I WOULD LIKE TO PRESS CHARGES ON THIS MAN AND COMPANY

scam
My husband was out of work for 2 months and we were getting behind on our bills. I tried to get a loan and they contacted me and told me i was accepted for a 6000 loan. We should of listen to our instinct but every question I had asked the lady Karen Lawerence she seemed to have the right answers. I checked the address and it was a true address, and couldn't find any complaints on the better business bureau. I thought I was doing everything to make sure it wasn't a scam. They told me I needed to send them 1000 dollars to Gregory Whitmore in manitoba Canada. I did and waited home all day for the fed ex wgich never came. When I went to call them back of course no one was there. We are filing reports with anyone we can. Its a really sad world we live in that people can do this to others. Now we can't even pay our rent because we gave them our money. i just hope that we are able to help others from not getting scamed.

Fraud and scam
I had been looking for some type of company to help out with a small loan. I got sick and was out of work for a bit, the bills piled up, I was taking out payday loans to make ends meet. Certified Lendings Group contacted me and said that they could offer me a secured loan for the $7500 I needed; secured meaning I need to send them the first five months payments which totaled $1150. I became a little suspicious and started asking a lot of questions, they answered the questions fine, all the time ensuring me that as soon as they received the funds, the funds would be released to me by 3pm the next business day.
I waited, the funds never came. I called they said the lender exercised the right to assess my file again and is requiring an additional $1150 in order to proceed with the loan. I refused and asked for a refund, the customer service agent said that I would have it back by Friday of the next week and hung up on me. I tried calling again, and was hung up on again. On the third call, I told them I knew they were screening my calls, but again left the message that I wanted my refund by the next Friday per my conversation with customer service. I have no received my refund, I am also looking for a lawyer that would be interested in reviewing my situation.
No matter how desperate you are, DO NOT use this 'Company'. They will rip you off too!!
