Why have I had to replace the ball joints in my Ford Explorer 5 times in 5 years? Either Ford Motor is putting inferior parts on their vehicles or the employees at Champion Ford in Edinboro aren't qualified. The last time I had one replaced was 2/12/07. It's not even February yet and I've got that bill staring me in the face again.
On a fixed income and NOT a happy camper.
