Championfactorydirect’s Patio Enclosures business practices are horrible. The management agrees to perform services in a timely basis, but then gives you the round around when it comes to accountability for poor, if any, performance on contracts and agreements it commits too. The company’s customer service(s) is not any better. They engage in business practices that violate the deceptive practices and trade act (DPTA)
They commit to 6-8 weeks initiation and completion of contracts to build patio enclosures, and then use bait and switch tactics to deliver not what you agreed to, even if it’s on the contract. On 4-24-09 I signed a contract with Championfactorydirect management to have (2) Patio Enclosures built between 6 to 8 weeks. We are going now on 12 to 13 weeks and I can’t get them to commit to the original agreement with having to hire an attorney. As of this date I can't get start and end date for contruction. They have 60 days to try and correct the problem(s) before a lawsuit is filed and litigated in court but they still demonstrate arrogance, defiant behaviour, poor performance and compliance borderline to being illegal.
I would think twice, hire an attorney, read DPTA before you contact them to give you an estimate on Patio Enclosures; give them no down payments of any sort, then beware!!!. I will keep you, the public, informed, how they resolve internal company problems that affect the public consumer and my contract.
