I've been going on and off to this salon for 2 years. It's not my first choice but consider it as a last resort. I went in and showed a picture of carmel highlights but got blonde. While my hl were processing, the stylist cut 2 other's hair never once stopping in the gap to check on my hair. It was over processed. The greedy owner WOULD NOT FIX OR HONOR A DISCOUNT. Actually, she was going to charge me more to fix it. They told me that it was my fault if I didn't like it. I refused to pay full service as she was rude to me and accused me of being cheap. They threatened me that they would call the cops for a service that I was not satisfied with along with telling me to suck it up. I paid for the service but will never ever return. When I told them this they laughed and said thank you. This has to be by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I went in knowing that I was going to pay $x amount so no way was I being cheap as I expected service just like anyone else. My experience was a shock as I have never seen a stylist be so rude, negligent, and deliver poor service. I know this being a licensed esthetician that no one should ever pay full price for a service which they are not satisfied with especially when they gave out a clear image of what they wanted. If you ask for blue hair and they give you green; they need to fix it or give you your money back. . I would have settled for something 2 shades lighter or darker but my hl were obviously blonde because the owner was too busy making fast cash. These people are money hungry and could care less about their customers. They will argue with you in a tone that is not acceptable that they "did their job." I have seen them do this with customer's in the past. It's ashame because they lost a customer and more to come. I have attached a photo which you can clearly see is blonde. Any browns or reds you see is from a previous hl I had 5 months ago. I will not include my face or anything obvious to reference me for safety reasons.
