I HAD A CURRENT ACCOUNT No. 02372560017413 IN HDFC BANK(SHARANGPUR, AHMEDABAD (GUJARAT)). I HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS REGERDING HDFC BANK SERVICES.
ON 21-6-2010 WE HAD ISSUED CHEQUE OF RS. 250000/- AND CHEQUE NO. 332811 HDFC BANK HAD RETURNED THE CHEUQE BY SAYING “INSUFFICENT BALANCE”. OUR ACCOUNTANT HAD MEET Mr. RAVI BACHAN AND THEY FEEL SORRY AND THEN THEY PASSED THE CHEUQE.
ON 28-06-2010 WE AGAIN ISSUE THE CHEQUE OF RS. 225000/- OF CHEQUE NO. 393278 AGAIN HDFC BANK HAD RETURNED THE CHEQUE BY SAYING “INSUFFICENT BALANCE”, BUT HDFC BANK ONLINE STATEMENT SHOWS A BALANCE OF Rs. 286912.72 WITH VALUE DATE OF 27-06-2010 . THEY ARE NOT GIVING US THE PROPER RESPONSE, AND HDFC BRANCH MANAGER SAHARAGNPUR DON’T REPLY US ANY ANSWER.
ON 28-06-2010 WE AGAIN ISSUE THE CHEQUE OF Rs. 225000/- OF CHEQUE NO.393279, HDFC BANK HAD RETURNED THE CHEQUE BY SAYING “INSUFFICENT BALANCE”, BUT HDFC BANK ONLINE STATEMENT SHOWS A BALANCE OF Rs. 241446.22 WITH VALUE DATE OF 28-06-2010 . THEY ARE NOT GIVING US THE PROPER RESPONSE, AND HDFC BRANCH MANAGER SAHARAGNPUR DON’T REPLY US ANY ANSWER.
FOR HDFC BANK CONVINIENCE, I HAD ATTACHED THE ACCOUNT STATEMENT FROM 25-06-2010 TO 29-06-2010, DOWNLOADED FROM NET BANKING.
FROM THE CHEQUE RETURN, OUR COMPANY IMAGE FACING PROBLEM. DUE TO THIS BEHAVIOUR WE ARE GOING FEDUP.WE ARE HOPIING THAT LEGAL ACTION WILL TAKEN ON HDFC BANK AND CONCERING OFFICERS BY YOU.
