All the complaints online regarding this company are true. Chandler targets those that are unemployed, fills them with dreams of employment, but not just employment, great employment with a great salary because after all you are worth more, then they hit you up with the $3000 fee. Now anyone that is skeptical or on the fence about forking over that kind of money is given the speal to "talk to your spouse" and include them in the process. We want them to be involved. Then they give you the assessment test. All issues aside, the assessment test did turn out to be accurate, however, it certainly is not worth $3000. After the assessment, you're lucky if they spend any time with you like promised, then things start to dwindle and you are forgotten about. When you remind them of their obligation, they turn around and give you these "verified contacts" that you have to solicit. Interesting, you give them money, then you have to do all the work. However, NONE and I mean NONE of those contacts were valid. Many of them were returned because they either didn't exist or they weren't interested in employing anyone, but yet, they were supposed to be "verified contacts". The real kicker to the story is that when you call them out on what they did not do and ask for a refund, thats where the true fun begins. They turn around and say "you signed a contract", you signed to say you were happy with each "Phase", and blah, blah, blah. They do not have any excuse or even address the fact that they did not do what they said they would do in the contract. Overall, my husband got a whopping maybe 5 hours of work out of them, if that and they feel that they deserve the $3K that was paid for this. Unbelieveable!!! I don't even know many lawyers, escept for maybe the celebrity lawyers that get the hourly rate that Chandler does. Wow, what a racket. Please, please, please, I can't beg you enough, if you read anything regarding Chandler - the negative stories are true. We are seeing the exact same MO regarding people all over the country that are dealing with this company. Also, they target the unemployed and especially the unemployed Veterans. BEWARE, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS IN EVERYTHING THEY SAY!!! You might as well take your money and throw it out the window because you will get the same result.
