Last Dec. 18, 2010 i purchased a pair of chanel and bulgari earrings but they told me that the bulgari was unavailable and they wanted me to choose another product. i chose another set of bulgari earrings but it was also unavailable.they were suggesting a different style which i didn't like.so they said that they will ship the chanel instead and refund back the amount of the bulgari earrings. i waited from weeks to months and received no chanel. so i e-mailed them back and requested for a full refund of my whole purchase $202.91 it has been an exchange of delayed responses frome evoguer that they already have credited back the amount. Since Dec 18, 2010 to date i haven't received anything from them yet.zero. it is a certain susan who keeps on e-mailing me. what do i do? i just want my money back.
