	HanF51 December 10, 2009 Bad service Purchased a grill from Charbroil. It is still in warranty and they are not satisfying my problem. Tried to get results by email. ISP says their address is not good. [email protected] When I try to contact them again on website, it is down for maintenance. The regulator on the propane grill is faulty. I have attempted the remedies they suggested and they do not work. The grill will not heat up enough to cook. Lowe's sold me the grill and the man at Lowe's told me there was a problem with the grill regulator in his opinion.
	toddlem August 10, 2009 Burner not working One of the 4 burners is not lighting on Char Broil Commerical Series Grill (Model 463268007) after one year. The grill was purchased at Lowe's on 7/17/08 and the company was called on 8/10/09 to report the problem. Due to the grill outside the 1 year warranty period by 24 days, the company would not cover replacement parts. This will be the last Char Broil grill I purchase. Very poor example of a company that stands behind their workmanship.
	May 24, 2008 Terrible experience Poor service dept. response. On HOLD twice for more than 5 min each time. Grill is unusable but service dept advises part is not under warranty. Also advised to search the web for the part... or... advised Char Broil might be able to substitute a part but would charge for the substituted part.
