Well i got a quantum Char Broil infrared Heat comm grill, Ok them infrared heat grates come in 2 pieces, it was my 2nd time using grill i took grates off to wipe down, i took the top piece off clean went to wipe bottom piece off and them edges are sharp as a knife i sliced my finger open really good they should be rolled over i applied hardly any pressure when wiping down, called them with great concern someone going get hurt bad and they didn't seem to even care i asked if they send me some new ones that wouldn't cut my finger off and was told, what do you want, i said some dam grates at least filed down, she says oh just be careful im like you cant be serious so im to warn anyone trying to clean them, watch out you might slice your hand open, i said, i don't think so, i just bought paid over 500 with tax, and no way in the direction s does it say be careful sharp edges, I then said could you please take my phone number call me back let me know what your going to do, she says why, i say just forget it i take whole thing back, So i suggest never buying one, customer service really bad, poorly made to leave an edge like that on and not even care, JUst Dont Buy ONE, 2 days Of use 500 bucks and a Really bad cut thumb, I think i will pass, this going back, to bad cause did seem to cook the food good, but custom service and a cut thumb NO Thank You...
