I went to Lowes as they had the barbeque grill that Target did not have in stock ...Target had a sale on the VERY SAME grill ...After dealing with Lowes customer service for over an hour, they told me that the grill was not the same ...The model that Charbroil made was the ONLY model that they made in the size in question ...The ad that I brought showed the very same grill ...Lowes representative told me that it was not the same as there was ONE WORD in the lowes grill that was different and Lowes said that it was not the same grill ... I showed the customer service rep that it was the same model number and everything !!...Another customer was there and told me that Lowes did that so that they did not have to price match ... The customer claimed that he was treated the same way ...When I asked why he was still in the store, he told me that he was returning approx $300 worth of power tools that he bought the day before and would NEVER shop at Lowes again ...I had a cart full of barbeque accesories which I left right there and walked out of the store ...Price match my foot !!...Jim
