1. Charge my credit card without my authorization. I have used my personal credit card to pay for car renter travel for U.S. Goverment job at the time I was not charge for sale tax because U.S. Govt. is not
suppose to pay for. After return the car for 1 month later I saw the sale tax charge for car on my bill from Enterprise, I called and explained but she told me that you have to use U.S. Govt. credit card, however I was told at work to not use it until our credit card change Bank from Bank of America to CitiBank first.
2. Car Accident not my fault, other party MetLife ins. agreed to pay for, so I left the car at Abra Body shop, and Abra called Enterprise to pick me up, upon arrive, the guy told me that MetLife have notified
us about me but there is no Direct Bill set up for it yet, he called MetLife
agent but she is out till tomorrow, then the guy-Enterprise asked me to
pay $150 deposit, I was upset and said No Way, MetLife will handle it. He said he cannot contact Metlife, so I called my wife to pick me up, While waiting for my wife, he took care of lady behind me, she have the
same problem like mine, but he managed to call several times till someone authorization for her. Why can't he do the same for me? Prejudice against me as minority ? Does sale agents took Diversity training class ?
