This company is a complete scam. The owner of this company Charles Schwab also owned Timeshare Market Pro which is an F rated company with the BBB. The State of Florida Attorney General www.myfloridalegal.com filed suit against Timeshare Market Pro in March of 2010. These are facts that you can verify go to www.sunbiz.org(this the State of Florida Division of Corporations) click on look up a business name type in both Charles Schwab Properties and Timeshare Market Pro one at a time, then click on their names you will see both companies owned by Mr.Charles Schwab. This company is not related to Charles Schwab Investments in anyway. Not to mention that the company isn't even a year old. These are the facts.
