I have had Charter Communications for approximately two years. The picture quality for the HD is terrible, purple, pink and blue lines runs through the picture, or sometimes the picture just breaks completely up. Numerous call to the Get Charter phone number produced several credits which doesn't show as a credit on the bill, you can imagine what that mean (Get F----d). The service techs are not very good. Once they leave the residence the problem returns, usually within an few hours. I would not recommend this system to anyone, who plan to watch TV for more than a hour without interruption. The company know the system is screwed, but the fix will cost them more than sending a stupid ass tech out to interrupt your day, and provide a temporary fix. Never again will I GET CHARTER/SCREWED.
