AIG call center called me last year for a Hospital Insurance policy. They are working together with Standard bank, and considering that I have never experienced any troubles with SB, I accepted offer. I expected the same kind of service. They informed me that I will receive the policy within one month in the post. Up to date nothing - no paper, e-mail, just nothing. I mailed them numerous times.
They also called me earlier in the year to inform me that the premium will go up - I also asked the lady that they send me the docs, as I would like to know exactly what the whole insurance cover and what not. She also informed me they will send it within a month.
Please AIG, sort this out. I'm getting more and more impatient. Your service is not up to scratch.
