My mother has an AARP credit card that she uses for paying for prescriptions by mail. Her last prescription ordered she needed to pay $6.30, when ordering she was told that her credit card did not go through as she was over limit - that is impossible as she pays her credit card EVER AND I MEAN EVERY MONTH and has a credit limit of $3000!!! Obviously, her card was cancelled and she was not notified - she called Chase and was told there was nothing they could do, their computers were down and that is their constant answer when she calls. I THINK AARP NEEDS TO GO WITH ANOTHER AND I MEAN ANOTHER CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!! Obviously, they do not know what they are doing and do not know how to treat their card holders - maybe the government needs to bail CHASE out, again!!! I guess that is all they know!!!
