RUDE HARRASSMENT
CHASE BANK IS THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR HELP SUCH AS REFINANCING OR EVEN A LOWER INTREST RATE AND HAVE GOT NOTHING BUT RUDE HARRASSING ATTITUDES EVERY TIME. I AM SELF EMPLOYED FOR OVER 14 YEARS HAVE HAD A GOOD BUISNESS UNTIL THE LAST 8 MONTHS THE RECESSION IS REALLY TAKING A TOLL ON MY BUISNESS OUR INCOME HAS BEEN REDUCED MY HALF AND IS OUT OF OUR HANDS NEVER EVER HAD A LATE PAYMENT UNTIL THIS TIME FRAME. EVERY TIME I HAVE SPOKE WITH A CHASE REP ABOUT MY PAYMENT THE TIME FRAME I GIVE THEM AS TO MAKE MY PAYMENT IS NEVER GOOD ENOUGH THE CALL ME UP TO 25 TIMES A DAY UNTIL 9 PM AT NIGHT I AM SICK OF THE HARRASSMENT. I CAN TALK TO THEM SET UP A PAYMENT AND 10 MINUTES LATER THE PHONE RINGS AGAIN. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REFINANCE TO GET MY PAYMENT DOWN A LITTLE SO I KNOW I CAN PAY ONTIME AND GOT TOLD WE DO NOT REFINANCE OUR OWN LOANS. ASKED FOR A REDUCTION IN INTREST RATE CAN'T DO THAT EITHER. I ASKED THEM IF THEY WOULD RATHER REPOSSESS INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH ME TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND GOT TOLD IF YOU DON'T PAY THE PAYMENT WE WILL COME GET IT. I AM TIRED OF THE IGNORANCE, RUDENESS, AND HARRASSMENT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN OVER 30 DAYS LATE AND JUST CAN'T TURN OVER ENOUGH MONEY IN MY BUISNESS FAST ENOUGH TO GET CAUGHT BACK UP.

Cannot get a buyout letter from 2002
Lost the buyout letter on a leased car I purchased after the lease. Chase won't give me a buyout letter saying I paid Michigan Sales tax, so Michigan won't give me a title unless chase gives me a buyour letter or I pay 6% sales tax on a car that I already peid sales tax to Chase Auto.
I think that chase did't ever pay the sales tax on the loan and because it was so long ago they don't and won't pay it now.
They keep sending me to thier research department, which is nothing more than a cll ceneter in India.
I need help!

Rude
On numerous occasions Chase Auto Finance has been very rude and vulgar with me .I'm not a bad customer when I pay my car payment each and every time I have paid well over the amount due.I'm not 30 plus days due at any time .I've heard everything from my credit is bad so that is why I'm being harrassed and they call sometimes three times a day when I am only two days past due.WHY? Had I known how rude they were I would have gotten my loan somewhere else...I had other options and wish now i would have taken them.I'm so frustrated with this particular company that I feel like giving them the car back b/c they are rude and nasty .

Getting car registered
I moved from Las Vegas to New York state and I need to get my car registered. On Feb. 11, 2010 I go to nys dmv and get all info to get car registered. I then fax it to my chase auto representive. As of today March 9, 2010 I have not been able to drive my car because CHASE can't seem to get this copy of title (certifed) and they say they cant release a statement letting the nys dmv that its ok to register my car in new york state. Then Chase decides to hold my copy of my title becuase marches car payment is due and its 10 days late, which they don't understand that if i can't register my car, i can't drive to work, so i then make no money. After one month of this fighting with them their payment is in the mail and they still can't get faxing a copy of the title to the nys dmv. I have know have to wait another week for the corporate office to get another copy and letter made so I can then try to register this car for the 6th time in a month and a half. Now when I call Chase they tell me the paper work has been faxed, but when i talk to the dmv it has NOT been faxed. Why is such a huge corporate company giving me the run around and not doing what is so smiple. I will never go through Chase auto finances again.

Bad Customer Service
I have been receiving calls from Chase Auto Finance. I do not have an account with them. I called the number back on 2/25 to get my cell number removed from their system. I was told it would be done. I received another call from an auto dialer on 3/2. I called the number back and was told my number was not in their system. collections transferred me to customer service because they supposedly have access to more systems than collections does. Customer service could not find my number. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. "Leah" was obviously in a different country. She kept insisting that she needed my social security number to look for my account. After I gave it to her, she informed me that I didn't have an account with Chase. Duh. She looked in all her systems and could not find my number. She told me she wanted to transfer me to the collections department because they have more systems to look through than she does. WHAT?!?! I informed her that collections transferred me to customer service saying the same thing. She then told me that someone is probably calling people with an auto dialer that is a fake! REALLY?!? I could not believe this. She then transferred me back to Chase Collections where I spoke with the Rudest young man. Even though I have been trying to get my number removed and was told last week my number would be removed, I am still getting calls. this young man acted as if he were doing me a huge favor. He then said that it would take 24 to 48 hours to remove my number and hung up.
With the way they treat people who are "potential" customers, there is no way I would EVER get a loan through these people.

Repo by lieing
Ok, so I See I am Adding to a long list of almost robot like complaints about this company, and judging from the consistancy of poor customer service and lies this should come as no surprise
I have asked several times since 2006 when we bought our car if chase had an online automated deduct, as i work 12 hour shifts during the day and my wife works 12 hour night shifts.
The money is always there but the time to sit on hold up to 45 minutes is not. They said we do not offer that sir, from more than one employee.
And i told them a number of times that i would do it if they had it, not only did they not offer the service, They hid it from me ( WHO DOES THIS?) They turned away assured and consistant payments.
And now that they have repossesed the car, they are telling me the same story, Pay it off or live without it. Well this exact complaint went to the BBB, and here, and will be going to the attorney office on tuesday if i dont get the car back. We have a call for action in our city that is likely to hear from us.
If anyone is considering a class action suit against this band of liars and rude service i want in.

Horrible Customer Service!
We purchased a Ford Mustang in 2005, and financed it through Chase Auto Finance. We were never late on a payment until this past spring when we both had our hours cut at work. When we got behind by a couple of weeks, the calls started, 5 to 7 a day. Even if we made our payment, they would call every day. We asked to have the 'late' payment placed at the end of our loan. We thought this to be fairly common practice. We were rudely refused. Every month, more late fees, due to this one payment that we had been late on, because they considered every payment late after that. The calls increased, at one point over 20 a day. Most times no one would be on the line. If they WERE there, they were rude, demanding we send payment now. One guy even told my husband that they were calling JUST to harrass us. 2 weeks ago I called to get a payoff, and they refused to give me an amount. Said that I had to get caught up first. I said "I'm paying the entire car off tomorrow". It took 4 calls before they would give me the amount. When I called the next day to pay it off, the amount had gone up. "Interest" I was told. $2.50, overnight! I said I didn't care, just send me my title. We'll see how long it takes to get that! Every time the phone rings, my 3 year old says CHASE! How sad is that? I wrote them 2 letters, and I told them I might just be one person, and don't make a bit of difference to them, but I WILL tell every single person I can what a horrible experience I had with them.

After making payment my car still got repo.
I was late on my payment (1/18/10) i made the payment extra $30.00 and the payment was noted on my account on 2/11/10 and few days later i woke up 2/15/2010 any found my car was gone i called the police and they informed me that they received a phone at 2:15am that my car was repo. I called Chase and nobody was open to help me but then i receive a call from Chase asking about my payment and i informed then that i made the payment and my account was noted and your repo my car anyways asn told me she could not help me and gave me another number to call. I called Chase and been getting the runaround and transfer to 5 different 800 numbers for all of yesterday and all morning. I finally got a hold of Kim 215- 891-6000 at the Philly office and was informed that i may not get my car back although i'm paid in full that i may be requested to pay the balance of my loan in full ( in which i cannot afford to do). Plus i will have to pay the repo fee of $390.00 plus storage. She was very rude to me and told me not to call back today because it is a bank day and there is nobody there to decide if i will get my car back or not. I work very hard to make my payments on time and got messed up one time and they took my payment & car. I missed work today to get the problem resolve and to be told i my not get my car back. all my personal items are in the car and they will not tell me where my car is located to get my personal items that i need. I put all that money into my car not to get it repo prematurely. She also inform me that they can legally repo somebody car after 15 days of being late. Bascially told me it's my fault because i didn't call to tell them that i made a payment they claimed they left messages with my reference but all of them told me no such thing. I did receive a letter from Chase after the fact they already got my payment & car. We had bad snow storm and mail was delay due to the state of emerency. We are not all deadbeats there are times when people do need a break once in awhile. Company have downsize and you get extra duties without the extra money so you do the best you can with the money you make. I always try to keep a roof over my head and a car. I only had to get another car because my1997 Honda Accord excellent shape got wreck by a drunk driver and i only got the blue book vaule for my car and it force me to get a car loan in which i haven't had one in over 12 years. Chase is very wrong to take my payement and my car and now for two days i cannot get nobody to help me get it back and to be told i might not get it back is very wrong. So i will call again tomorrow 2/16/10 to hear the decision they make on my account.

Chase has stolen from me
Traded a vehicle on 1/6/10 that was financed through Chase, and went with another lender on the new vehicle. Called Chase on 1/7/10 and cancelled the auto-draft payment from my bank account. No payment was drafted in January so I thought everything was fine. On 2/12/10 Chase drafted my account, AFTER the account had been paid off by the dealer in January.
I called Chase on Monday 2/15 to demand a refund for the money they took that I did not owe them. They unsympathetically advised that a check would enter processing for me on 2/25. I asked them if I had it straight - they took my money immediately, but were refusing to give it back for three weeks (or more - we'll see how long this takes). I advised them this was an unacceptable way to do business.
This is THEFT, people. You took my money that I did not owe, and you are refusing to give it back. This morning I have filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and my congressman, and advised Chase of this in writing.
Do NOT finance anything through Chase. Be forewarned, they will steal your money when they think you're not looking.

How Chase Auto Finance treats customers

I am trying to find people that are getting screwed mistreated and lie to from Chase Auto Finance. I have made a petition you can sign it by going to the following link below.
