Awful experience
Early in the morning of Saturday to do pay by phone but none of them these three suck ass looser costumer service can't assist. They're on x-mas mode already but please you are a there to do a job, please do it right. All three of them hang up on me and I was able to track through security manager the costumer and I reported what happen. I want these people to realize that they should be happy that they have work, so please. Just do your job.

Could I stick it to Chase????
We declared chapter 7 bankruptcy in July 2006, with it being discharged in July 2007. Our house was included in the bankruptcy but get this; it was never re-affirmed on in the bankruptcy. Meaning as long as we made our payments we lived in the house without actually owning it! We had trouble of course making the payments, so we worked out a deal with Chase. We were 5 payments behind at the time of discharge, so thier solution or so called help was for us to continue with the regular payment of 929.31 + an additional 329.00 or 1255.00 and odd change after Western Union fees for the next year then our payment would revert back to the original 929.31. We struggled and made these payment for 7 months and our 8th payment was a week late. Each and every payment was followed up by a phone call to Chase to insure they received the tracking number of the payment. They informed me they would not accept the payment because it was late?? I had an immediate return from Western Union the very next day. I called my contact at Chase and he informed me foreclosure action would commence unless I brought the entire past due amount up to date. We stopped all payments because they would not be accepted. November 2008 was the date of our last payment. We have been through 6 different contacts at Chase and currently working with number 7 at this point which we have decided will be the last. I tried outside help for modification and was burnt for 750.00. I have submitted 2 Chase loan modification packages so far to 4 different people? I was supposed to have an answer today 01-21-2010, but my contacts number went straight to voicemail. If does he does not call back, Chase will foreclose on a property with a balance of 111, 000.00 but mabey is worth 50, 000.00 tops in our real estate market for now which will probably go down in value more with each passing day. We can walk away debt free after living here for 14 months free? How stupid are they? I offered them 400.00 a month for 15 years or 72000.00. We have decided they can accept our terms or eat this property for all we care! I do not feel ashamed for our situation or so called moral obligation. I wonder who in this present economy would want this property let alone qualify for a loan under the current requirements?? Chase can bite the big one on this! Jamie Damon can kiss my you know what! When this country collapses, he will be the first one I make a point to visit. See if his large pile of paper will protect him from lead poisoning???

manipulating checking system
They have been postioning there posting from largest debit to smallest so that they can charge you the overdraft fee's many times over. They charged over 300 dollars in two sittings. They do this to capitalize in fee's. They charged me 33 dollars for a 1 dollar debit. I called customer service and said there hands are tied. I hope they get sued by the government or class action and then go under. I can't stand Chase they are a bunch of Crooks. Wamu treated there customers well.

Overdraft fees
I used to bank at WAMU before it was swallowed by Chase. I have a savings and checking account. The two accounts are linked. I keep little in the checking, since I write few checks, and a substantial sum (approaching $100, 000) in savings. In the past, when I wrote a check, the overdraft amount was automatically transferred from savings to checking, plus $25, with NO FEES. I have had the accounts for eight years, and I have been satisfied. I opened my December statement, and discovered that Chase is now charging me $10 each time money is transferred between accounts. When I called customer service and finally managed to speak to a human, all she could say was "I'm sorry you're having problems. There is nothing I can do." I have had the same experience at my local Studio City branch. The manager REFUSED to even consider reversing a charge for a safe deposit box, even though I qualify for a FREE box. He was so incredibly rude, and did not even bother checking my balance or the length of time I had been a customer. If this is the way CHASE treats good customers, they won't have many for long. I am moving my money to a local bank or to my credit union.

HELOC phone numbers to have
Hello,
Recently my wife and I tried to have our chase bank HELOC increased ( which was reduced a year ago like almost everyone else) ours was reduced from 93, 000 to 11, 000 based on an electronic appraisal chase did that showed our home value had dropped from 250, 000 to 178, 000. So they took 178, 000 and multiplied it by there 80% loan to value and got 142, 000 then they subtracted our mortgage amount (which according to there records) was 131, 000 and got 11, 000 so that is our new limit. But in reality our mortgage amount had been paid down over 30, 000. They used our original info from the time of our application 3.5 years ago to calculate our reduction. They didn’t request current info at the time of the reduction. They simply sent out the reduction notice and hope that you don’t appeal it. In the notice they don’t tell you that they used inaccurate info so we didn’t know they used our original mortgage amount. We found out by calling multiple representatives and asking how they arrived at 11, 000 and one slipped up and told us. When we informed them of our true mortgage amount we were told to fax in a recent statement and it would likly make a big difference but it didn’t they said they used the info they had at the time and it was our fault for not appealing it sooner. They say our only option is to pay for our oun appraisal $400 and if it comes back high enough they will consider and increase now at a 70% loan to value. My concern is how many chase HELOC customers limits where reduced with inaccurate info to calculate them. I went into our local branch and convinced the young branch manager to give me several high positioned chase executives phone numbers that she apparently wasn’t supposed to. Because now they are asking me how I got these names and numbers of these executives but I cant get past there secretaries. I tried the proper channels and am not looking for a hand out we have 2 checking and 3 savings accounts as well as our HELOC all in good standing all payment have been on time and above the minimum payment. We have great credit and plenty of equity in our home, I believe this is chases way of trying to get people to not be able to take advantage of the low interest rates they gave with these loans ( ours is 1.25 above prime) I really believe this has effected many peoples lives and is something alot of people care and would like to know about. And deserves more attention. Not just for me but everyone chase has misled. PHONE NUMBERS YOU NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE:
KERVIN HILL 318 340 3460 his boss SANDY GREENWALD 318 329 1486 her boss LARRY THODE 318 329 1815 his boss
ALEX KRANTZ 614 422 0538 his boss DAVE LUCCHINO his boss RYAN MCINERNEY CALL AND MAKE SOME NOISE AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THERE POLICES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

EXCESSIVE FEES
I was a WAMU customer now known as CHASE. Since the change over I've been charged excessive fees for reason I don't understand. But recently it was the last draw, CHASE charge my account over $600 in over draft fees when there was money in my account to cover my bills & purchases. When I called to dispute the fees the representative hung up on me. I even visited a branch to find out what going on & was told there was no reason for mr to be charged those fees but they can't change it. So now I'm at a lost for over $600 & if I don't pay the over draft my account will be close then a negative report would place on my credit report. I believe this is very unfair what CHASE is doing to people & the GOVERNMENT need to do something about this cause they're the ones that gave them OUR (TAX PAYERS) money. If there's someone out there with advice to help me PLEASE let me know.

Late Fee
Here is the complaint I made to Chase- they still want reverse my charge.

Chase Bank,
I just spoke with _____ a representative of yours in your customer service department.
She kept telling me she was “sorry” she couldn’t reverse my late fee when I have NEVER been late!!!
I am extremely upset that you would charge me a late fee of $39.00 and now my interest rate will go up when I have been a long time customer of Chase- my first credit card was with Chase in 1997. How dare you take government money that the people of this country pay for including myself and then step on your customers and not give them a break! What happened to the decent company I once talked so highly of?
PS- the reason why I was late- you NEVER sent me a statement!!! Nor a notice stating I was late nor a courtesy phone call! Notice in my account there has been issues with you emailing me items before!
So thanks for taking $39 from someone who works 3 jobs to make sure her bills are paid- I will be sure to tell my daughter why she can’t get what she wants for Christmas, that Chase Bank is a bunch of thieves!
Training tip: having employees tell people they are “sorry” makes them sound like sorry people!!
Think about it.
Wish I could tell you my account number but I ripped up the card so I guess you will have to look it up!

Inability to keep online debits current
I am a disabled senior. Since Chase Bank has taken over Washington Mutual. I have had many difficulties with my online checking account. Chase Bank sometimes takes more than a week to list debits. The debits are frequently listed under an inaccurate dates. Often the late debit listings are the ones of most monetary value. I have emails from vendors verifying exact dates of charges. This has caused my online checking account to be just about useless as to how much money I have in my account. This has resulted in two months of heavy overdraft fees. The only solution is to withdraw most of my deposits except for just a few scheduled payments. This is what I will do in the future.
