This is very unjust. I am a victim of identity theft. I
had called so many times this office to delete judgment because this appeared in my credit report.
I had never served for this law suit so how come this case went through? Now I am purchasing a house but unless this has been resolved, my lender will never make this happen. So I am in a situation where in I am forced to pay this eventhough this is a case of identity theft.
