rude and unprofessionlism, overcharging customer fees
We had financial problem in 2009 and had to have Chase give us extension agreement so we could keep our only car. Now that the loan has restarted we are still being charged late fees and returned check fees Etc. I tried to talk to them today 05/26/10 they said they have every legal right to do so and than we have never paid on time which is in correct. I tried to talk to first customer rep and he told me i was wrong several times and then hung up on me. So I called back got another rep and she treated me like I was a deadbeat and continued to tell to be quiet and listen and then i was asking for supervisor and she hung up on me. So I called back again and got hold of another customer rep and he tried, lol to get a supervisor and then told me she was in a meeting and would call me with in the hour, and it has been over 2 hours. They say we owe a total of over 400.00 dollars in late fees and a 50.00 dollar door knock fee, which never happened. We have only had the car: bought brand new in Sept. of 2009. This company need to be put out of business. Really...!!!
