Inhumane Treatment from Manager
My husband was treated very poorly by the manager; Sheval Hill-Bennett. He came in with a simple question and she just begin yelling at him like he was a child. She did not even allow him to finish his sentences when she would cut him off. My mother in law who is an elderly accompanied him and she was horrified by the way the manager was yelling at her son. My mother law did not speak any english to deffend her son. My husband was not an irrate customer, he is a very calm Christian man and did not in any way disrespect this woman to be treating my husband in this manner. She was ver unprofessional and NO CUSTOMER FROM ANYWHERE DESERVES THAT TYPE OF TREATMENT! I went in myself to accompany my husband to close his account and by the time she saw my husbands face she began rolling her eyes. We told her we did not want to speak to her, but rather speak to a customer service rep for assistance, and as we were walking away from her, she began mouthing words and making faces behind our backs to the other customer service rep as we were walking towards her. I saw this because I turned my head immediately to see what she was doing. I called Chase customer service to file a complaint...I am hoping to hear back what they have to say about correcting this issue. THE MOST SAD PART IS, THIS WOMAN IS SUPPOSEDLY THE VICE PRESIDENT BRANCH MANAGER!! If she treats her customers this way, imagine how she treats the employees. The worst part is, one of the tellers told us that she is always that way and she speaks that way to everyone. HOW SAD!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
