Trying to log on to account
I have been trying to log on to my credit card account for at least 3 days and have been getting bounced aroun with errors stating they ncannot find my account. I've entered at least a dozen key numbers given to me by Chase, both live and email and they do absolutely no good. They just reroute to "Log In" page over and over saying I have the wrong ID or password, which I have changed so often, according to Chases' instructions, that I really don't know which is my actual names. Disgusting !!! And they had better not attach a late fee because of this mess

home mod
Went into modification over 13 months ago many many many phone calls, always different people calling me over 1 week ago phone call said I was approved from 1600 a month to 730. Today I get a phone call said they want over 40, 000 dollars to catch up, after they told me not to make a payment while I was in mod. I'm devastated have 3 kids and had this home built in Aug 2007. Please contact me if anyone has any info to give me.

Chase is unprofessional.. They will take your money when you have NO Money... these people are rude. I would not bank again with chase.
Ever since Chase took over WaMu, my note payments have been misapplies/delayed/unaccounted for. Is there anyone out there that can provided guidance on how to resolve the accounting errors so that I can close my account with chase and move my mortage to a more respectible financial institution

THIS IS A EMAIL I SENT TO CHASE AFTER A RUDE PHONE CALL ABOUT MY ACCOUNT.
Hello,
I am a Very unhappy excostomer. I was offered back in feburary, a bonus if i paid my credit card off in 6 months. I tried very hard to do this and i just paid it All off, and its only july. The letter i received did say that i had to pay $300 each month, but when i called in to set it up in feburary i was told that if i had to make a little less some months and made it up in the next month it would be ok. So now that the account is PAID IN FULL and closed i called in to see how i was going to receive my $300 BONUS, they tell me that since i missed 1 month of the full $300 and paid more the next month and paid it ALL off A whole month early, Im not getting the bonus money AT ALL!! I think this VERY POOR costomer service. Lieing to costomers is not a good way to treat them. I will Never EVER use chase again, and tell everyone i know how terrible this bank is.
I hope this emial reaches the right department and someone will understand my problem and not just delete it and move on. I know the economy is not to good now and to offer me and tell me one thing and when it comes time to hold up your end, you go back and look for tiny things so you dont have to pay is SAD.

unproffesional rudeness
i was speaking to several diffrent reps of chase, all i was wanting was to make 2 payments at which was over 600 dollars, instead of taken my money for my mother-in-law at which they have done in the past more than once they refused to allow me to make the payments due to not being on the account and i have never asked about any account info. so they have like i said before have done this in the past for me and were very polite and and as long as i did NOT ask to make a payment and told them a certain dollar amount it was and is perfectly legal by law. i am suggesting that chase gets all there reps on the same page of music and if they cant be polite and professional and speak some understandable ENGLISH then its obvious they DO NOT belong in customer service and dont have an option that says (for english press 1) then have someone who cannot be understood to answer your call and tell you they can help you then transfer you to someone else who then tells you the same thing then transfer you back to the first person who then says they can but then says they cant take your money when they have before then says they are going to put you on hold just so they can hang up on you then you call back they pick up the phone then hangup on you again without saying anything this happened twice tonight!!! i had to block my number just so i could get them to answer at which another guy gets on the phone by the name of john at who was very polite and simply told i could make the payment but had to call back in the morning cause that certain department was closed he gave me the correct number and ext. but yet the 4 people before him couldnt tell me that so in conclusion it would be a great improvement to get TRAINED and be more professional in there jobs or simply go to work for mcdonalds were no matter how good your english is anyone can understand you when you say(would you like fries with that?)

more interest on paid acct
I had a credit card with Chase for many years, but only used it for balance transfers when interest was 2.99% until balance is paid off, and my bill was always up to date, in fact, paid more than the actual payment every month, then they sent a letter to either up my payment from $60.00 to $150.00 month, or change the interest rate from 2.99% to 7.99%, so since I had lost my job, I told them I have no choice but to change the interest rate, but thought this was an awful way to treat their excellent customers. I had just paid the card in full, and the amount owing was over $1, 000, the following month I couldn't believe that Chase sent me another invoice for more interest owing of $10.59. I called customer service, spoke to an account mgr. and told her I had no intentions on paying extra interest on this account when I paid the account totally off the previous month and not paying a penny more, and felt this amount should be taken off the account, after a long battle with this account manager, she agreed to take off the additional interest they were charging me, then I told her to CLOSE the account, send a letter stating that the account was closed per my request. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH CHASE AGAIN!!!

Poor practices
I have a 5 year interest only loan initiated by WAMU. Chase purchased WAMU and now holds my loan. Chase will not allow me to modify my loan to where I can start to pay towards the principal. Chase continues the poor practices of WAMU.

Hold my account for no reason
This is the crappy bank i ever had, if you are a student, dont ever put your money to this bank. My family transfer me some money to pay my school, and because i didnt know about this crappy bank system, Chase held the money almost for 10 consecutive days... This cause me late to pay my tuitions and the charge me some interest. Well just becareful where you put your money, and learn from my experience

Bank hits Panic button on Customer that asks for Fee's to be reversed
On June 1 2010 I walked into the Chase Bank by my home. Prior to walking into the bank I noticed that I had fee's that amounted up to 340.00. I called the 800 number to ask if any amount of the fee's could be waived. I understood that it was my fault as I thought I had a direct deposit set up and it did not come through so a lot of small transactions hit. As a courtesy they reversed 70.00 in fees. I was grateful but pleaded with them that it was not enough. They advised me to go into my branch and ask for additional fee's to be waived. Since Monday was a holiday I went inside my bank that I have banked with for over 2 years to ask for help. The employee must of had a bad weekend because upon me sitting down she was very rude. I asked her if she could help me by reversing fee's and she stated NO!! When I asked why she stated that this was not a banking error. She said that she was not going to reverse fee's for a person that could not budget a check book. I then asked her if she would get me a manager and she told me NO because the manager was going to tell me the same thing. I told her to let the manager tell ME NO not her. As I was walking away from her another associate walked up to me and starting speaking with me. He ask me to wait while he went to get the number to the executive office. Next thing I know I am swarmed by cops. Come to find out the first associate hit the Panic Button. The cop that was in charge stated that I had to appear in court for Criminal Tresspassing as I did not leave when she told me to and Disorderly Conduct for raising my voice. When I explained to the cop that I wanted to close out my account due to the fact that she was being rude and disrespectful to me and she refused to give me my money that was when I got loud. He said too bad (I have the recording on my Black Berry) she was not a victim and I was going to have to appear in court. I asked if I could get the rest of my money out and I was told NO. I would need to go to another Bank to handle my business.
I was humiliated and mortified. Never in a million years did I think I would be breaking the law when asking to speak with a Manager. I have had to retain an attorney because this was something that needs professional attention. This is a Bank that got Millions of dollars in Bail Out Money but still will not lend any money. This is a bank that allows their employees to call the police when a customer asks for a manager.
I am outraged and I would like that employee FIRED and Banned from the Banking industry...
BTW, they never did give me my money back I had to go to another Branch that apologized for this employees behavior and closed my account immediately.
